I have gotten all my services done here and this was my worst experience. I normally always deal with Andrew (He is great) and this time I was dealing with a younger lady with dark hair. I always drop off first thing in the AM and have a co-worker pick me up and its always done before noon and we take lunch and come back and get it. I hadn't received a call and at 12:40 I called up and waited on hold for 28 minutes. They had to "find" my car and still do the oil change, check fluid and rotate tires after they "tracked down" my car. How do you loose a car? They told me it would be an hour before it was done so I showed up at 2:30ish to give them some extra time to get it done and it still wasn't done when I got there. I also had to wait at the desk that afternoon for a few minutes because that younger gal that had helped me in the morning was to worried about her phone. They also didn't fill up my washer fluid like they always do. I will be back because they are the only dodge dealership close to me but I was very dissatisfied this time and I hope it doesn't happen again or I will to a different dealership!

Arguably the best Ram dealership in the Missouri area. Andre Black is one of the best salesman I have ever worked with in my life. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly not pushy. He had the trucks I was interested in ready to go for a test drive upon my arrival. Negotiations were easy, the used vehicles on the lot are in amazing condition and fairly prized with no crazy markups. I can honestly say that Heartland Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat is a dealership that truly cares about its customer's.
The rest of the dealership staff is also amazing. Thank you Andre and Matt for getting me into my dream Ram 1500.

Incredibly disappointed in the level of customer service from the Service Department, namely Amir (service tech or similar) and the Service Department Manager. Within the past month, we purchased a $95,000 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer from another dealership. Upon receival, there were a barrage of factory issues for the 4WD, heating/cooling, and etc. We chose to take the Jeep into a closer dealership (Capitol City Chrysler) with hope that it would be resolved. When we first took it in, they kept the Jeep for several days and sent us home in a rental van. Not a big deal, at least things were getting fixed. Upon pickup (we are located an hour away), I noticed that several things, mostly involving the heating and cooling issues, were completely unresolved. The only thing that appeared to be fixed was the 4WD system issue. Since I'd driven one hour to get it, I decided to take the Jeep home that night and reschedule for a follow-up appointment. Regarding the follow-up appointment, I was told by Amir/the Service Department that I could bring my 4-year-old in and wait for the repairs while it was worked on. Fast-forward to today, our follow-up appointment, where we dropped the Jeep off at 8:30 a.m. My husband and I had an errand pending in a city two hours away and wanted to give the Service Department time to do what needed to be done. We showed back up at 2:30 p.m. only to be told that it had not been worked on. Keep in mind we live one hour away and had given them six hours. My husband tried to speak with Amir and the Service Manager, both of whom put blame back on us (for adding a Bluetooth issue or in their words, "three other things"), and claimed they were short-staffed. We own several businesses and are also short-staffed. We have NEVER provided a customer with this level of customer service in 14 years of being business owners. My grandfather and uncle retired from Chrysler. I have called Chrysler Cooperate in homes that Amir and the Service Department Manager will change their poor customer service and treatment of Chrysler customers who paid nearly 100k for a brand new vehicle in the future, and the Better Business Bureau will be hearing from us also. After being spoken over by Amir and the Service Department Manager numerous times, my husband responded by saying, "You've said sorry wrong, I want my keys." After being given his keys and walking away, they asked if he wanted his service ticket. He had no service work done as they never provided additional service work from our visit today. I can't help but wonder if they'll be submitting service work remittance requests to Chrysler Cooperate following this. Steve, the General Manager of Capitol City Chrysler, did not return my husband’s call and my husband had to call back. He did take my husband’s call the second time and was apologetic, but never said anything about the issue with the rude Service Department or lack of service. We will not be back.

Absolutely horrible they have had my car for 2 weeks, they said that they knew the problem and that to fix my car it will be a specific repair, so i paid the $2k+ after I got my car back it did the exact same thing ( that day!!!) So i had to get it towed back and now magically they want an additional $1650 out of me....i know a scam when i see one.

We have been looking for a truck for over 3 years and just could not settle on one. We went in and talked to Chris Worley and set up an appointment on a holiday. He came in and let us test drive 4 different trucks with different styles and trim. He could have easily talked us in to getting the most expensive truck (we had our hearts set on it) but in the long run he helped us find the best fit truck for us. We are loving Smoke and can’t wait to get the camper to match! I can not forget to mention Tyler form the finance department and how amazing he was and treated us as if he had know us forever!!! Thank you gents for an amazing buying experience and we will be back for a muscle car for Kenny when he’s ready to trade up!!!!

They damaged my car and was very rude about the situation and the server Matt did not do his job and take pictures like he was supposed to the manager David did not show me any pictures like he promised they had my for over 2-3 weeks and can’t show me and videos or pictures,& when they found out I had insurance coverage they did something to my vehicle so I can bring it back for more repairs 1700 the first time and 500 the second time very poor communication and the takes 4-5 on a schedule oil change it’s a very sad dealership & I will never take my cars there again.

This is the dealership everyone warned you about. I found the Jeep that I wanted on their web site. I live over 140 miles from the dealership, so I called about it and we made the deal on the phone. He said it was on the lot and he would have it ready for me. When we arrived, we spotted a jeep of a different color and we guessed that was the vehicle. It was, with a different color interior. He pointed out a dent in the vehicle stating they would fix it and the vehicle I made the deal on was loaned out. We went to see if there was anything else on the lot I might be interested in. He even showed us a Hyundai, I wanted a jeep. As we came back to the showroom, we also noticed damage to the front end of the Jeep that he had ready for me. I didn't want the damaged vehicle and I wasn't going to pay for a new vehicle when it had been loaned out with extra miles on it. He said that he would make me a great deal and headed for the sales managers office. When he came back he was showing me what my payments would be. I moved that paper to see the "deal". It was over a thousand dollars higher than the agreed upon price. I had also qualified for a $500 rebate which had disappeared. I said a few choice words that I shouldn't have and we walked out of the dealership. Then the calls started trying to get us to come back. I quit answering my phone and the text messages started. Wasted my friends time and wear and tear on his vehicle to drive me there and back for nothing. Over 280 miles for nothing. I gave it one star because they didn't have any negative stars for me to check.
