Bought 2015 Dodge Challenger March 2016. Capitol said a surface protection package must be purchased at time of sale and applied after purchase. My car had a sticker on passenger widow stating car was protected by a surface protection package.
April 2016 Salesperson Robert
Gilmore called and said the cost of surface protection will be deducted from loan.
July 2020 went to bank to pay car off. NO deduction made.
Had to file customer complaint with A.G. Office and file small claims court. Price of surface protection package refunded.

This dodge goes with a gap company called AIS . They are crap they don’t pay off your loan or what’s left of it. They only paid off 1600 dlls of my loan which a rule is they pay off up to 25% which wasn’t much what I owed. This dealer is good but the gap company sucks for extended warranty and gap coverage. I’m not the only one who’s having this issue. I also have another friend who told me about this problem and now i went threw it myself stay away from this AIS extended warranty company and gap company they won’t do anything for you besides give you headaches and problems

I called first thing in the morning about a vehicle I was very interested in. I was told all sales rep was in a meeting. At 11:30 am I called again. By that time someone else was there looking at the same vehicle. They was working with that person to sell the vehicle while I was the fool waiting to hear back about me buying it. Close to 5pm I was told to bring bank statements, taxes, etc and they could help me however the vehicle I wanted sold! I am a returning customer here and very unhappy about the treatment I received yesterday.
