I had a positive experience with this dealership, which I would rate as five stars. I found a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt LT sedan online, listed at a fair market price. The salesperson, Chance, was kind and professional. After a test drive, I was pleased with the vehicle's condition, considering its age and mileage. The engine had life left, transmission shifted smoothly, and brakes stopped the car without issue. However, there were some drawbacks, including a loud whining sound under the hood and wandering at highway speeds. The turn signal stalk needed repair, and the back windows didn't work. Despite these issues, I was happy with the price and negotiated a deal. The dealership addressed the issues and kept me updated on the maintenance. Overall, I was impressed with the dealership's service and would recommend them.

This is Steve Taylor. I bought a 2022 Cadillac XT4 from the Cable Dahmer Chevrolet Dealer on Dec. 31,2025. I told them soon afterwords that the brakes made a screeching sound. I live around 90 miles north in Savannah MO. The wife drives the vehicle all the time. I brought the car in for the 1st oil change and told the Chevrolet dealership again about the noise. I was getting turned off about the noise and if I would buy another Cadillac because the noise was annoying. I had Emmy call me last Friday and I agreed to bring the vehicle in. Mr. Drew Friedman was my Service advisor. I was there from around 10 in the morning until after 3, I thought that a Certified Vehicle covered everything that could go wrong with a vehicle. Mr. Drew and his manager got me new rotors,new pads, and the labor involved for ZERO cost. They had to order some of the parts or I wouldn't been there so long. They gave me lift over to Gates BQ so I got a Great Lunch while I was waiting for my car, I would highly recommend Drew as a Service Advisor and Emmy as a Public Relations person.I will be back to buy another vehicle when my family needs another vehicle. I also liked the appearance of the remodel of the dealership.A 10 out of 10 among car dealerships

I went to this dealership to look at 2 used cars for sale. One was already sold so Mac brought out a Ford Taurus. Took it for a test drive and as I started to accelerate the car started shaking very bad. I can"t believe they had this car for sale. Back at dealership, I informed Mac of problem with car. He said he wasn't aware of problem. I would stay away with this place!!!!
