Brock was very patient in working with another Cadillac dealer that we just purchased our used car from. There were several items that were passed off as acceptable under and extensive pre-purchase inspection by the dealership that sold us the vehicle that should have been serviced prior to purchase. The service team at Cable Dahmer was excellent at finding those items and getting them repaired. We reached out to the original selling dealership for approval for them to cover the cost of items not covered under warranty. This required coordination with the selling dealership that Brock was awesome and very patient at doing so being that this added time to what would normally be a very quick turnaround on service. Thank you all very much.
