Stay away from this dealership when leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. If you need to do business with this dealership, be very careful when negotiating the details of a new lease or purchase of a new vehicle with its Sales Department, since I had a very negative experience. After years of leasing my vehicles with this dealership, I will no longer do business with them. Make sure that all of your agreed to terms are in writing with their Sales Department so that they do not conveniently renege on those terms after you have signed a vehicle lease or purchase contract.

Went to trade my 2019 mdx for 2022 mdx and they tried to sell me a car with bumper damage and 515 miles! Luckily I noticed it before ai left the lot, they couldnt offer me another car because they didnt have the color i wanted. The manager Adam offered me $10 off my monthly payments which added to $350! Not acceptable, the car had 515 miles of wear and tear on the tires, brakes, oil, engine etc! I am so distugusted that they even offered me that car! Oh and they put on all my papers that the car had 100 miles!! Aboid open road acura of wayne nj!! Scammers!!

Bought RDX for 1,400 below sticker for 60 months at 1.9% Acura financing. When I went into the financing dept. The lady who every she is jacked up the price to sticker price and some how the loan became 72 months. She changed the months to 60 and printed the financing document over. Afterwards I noticed that the price of the car was at sticker. She said some nonsense and said she will talk to someone. Probably went into empty room and came back and fixed the price. I've seen this BS acting before, going somewhere to talk to her boss that probably isn't even there. I guess this is how this dealership scams people who don't notice the scam.
