I visited 8 other dealerships before visiting this dealership. If you are looking for Actua with a right price at this crazy market, this is your place. The Sales Manager Mr. Peter Espana was really helpful. Its nice to see that the "art of making car deal possible", "working with customer" are still alive in this market. The pricing was really fair. We bought a 2023 Integra and leased a 2022 RDX A Spec on the same day. It was only possible as Mr. Peter Espana worked hard to get me to those numbers I was looking for. They are fairly knowledgeable about the new features and improvements and articulate the differences very well.
If you are in market for new Acura or pre-owned car (any brand), you gotta visit Bill Vince's Bridgewater Acura and dont hesitate to look for Mr. Peter Espana

The place has the best customer service hands down! I always go here for oil changes and today I learned that my car was leaking oil. Found out it is covered under factory warranty and it will be fixed. The gentleman that helps me was so kind and really went above and beyond to take care of the situation. Thanks again!!

Andrei and Felipe both provided me with the best-in-class customer experience when getting my new Acura Integra. I went to trade in my ILX, and he came to me with an offer that made me happy and was at Kelly blue book value, which I appreciated. He was also responsive on his day off and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase and options. I previously went to a different Acura dealership but will only buy my car from Andrei and my friends at Springfield Acura. Felipe hooked it up with good coverage for maintenance for four years. I really felt taken care of and valued as a customer. That’s hard to find these days with the chip shortage going on. A lot of other car dealerships I went to were standoffish, but Andrei and Felipe both respected that it’s still a big decision regardless of the ongoing inventory issues. I’m super happy with my experience and brand-new baby. Thank you!

BEWARE. ITS A SCAM DEALERSHIP. At 1pm I called for a new RDX that was featured on their website. Spoke to Ajala, sales rep, and she told me it's available and to come down. It was for my 75 year old uncle. My uncle and aunt drove an hour to the dealership. Ajala didn't come to meet them. Another sales rep came and said the car is not available as there is a deposit on it from morning and they should buy the one which was $12k more. If the car had a deposit on it since morning, why would Ajala ask them to stop by at 1pm. Spoke to the manager, Rich, and he was of no help, he rather justified the scam. PLEASE BEWARE. THIS DEALERSHIP IS JUST IN PRACTICE OF SCAMMING BUYERS PROMISING THEM THE CAR AND WHEN THEY COME TO THE DEALERSHIP, THEY SWITCH AND BAIT THE BUYERS WITH A HIGHER PRICE CAR.

Stay away from this dealership when leasing or purchasing a new vehicle. If you need to do business with this dealership, be very careful when negotiating the details of a new lease or purchase of a new vehicle with its Sales Department, since I had a very negative experience. After years of leasing my vehicles with this dealership, I will no longer do business with them. Make sure that all of your agreed to terms are in writing with their Sales Department so that they do not conveniently renege on those terms after you have signed a vehicle lease or purchase contract.
