Having Gus as our salesman was a great way to review the RDX & test drive. He is very knowledgable about the RDX & very patient in explaining everything. Also very personable & easy to talk to. It took us a few days to decide & when we came to purchase he went over everything with us & has called for me to go down & review all the bells & whistles on the car. He’s been wonderful!
My only complaint is the extended warranty offered after we purchased the car & we were expected to decide on the spot was ridiculous. There is a lot of information & a lot of money involved & that needs time & attention to absorb & decide. We told Rebecca we would have an answer when we come back for our plates & running boards & she agreed.

Everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant. I do not like the car buy experience but I must say John Kim made it easier than I remembered in my past purchases. I did not feel rushed or pressured. They were very accommodating and everything I requested I received, even water and snacks. I would consider myself pretty knowledgable on a wide variety of vehicles and am quite the driving enthusiast. I came in knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted to look at, and have done extensive research on this particular car. I dread going into dealerships because of the cut-throat, aggressive manner in which a majority of car salesmen/women exude. So, here I go. I walked in after speaking with Stan(Online Sales?) on the phone. The receptionist was very friendly, called Stan up, and he came over and introduced himself. He, then introduced me to the salesman I would be working with, Paul A. Right from the start I had a good feeling because he wasn't trying to sell me anything. He knew I came in for a specific vehicle to test drive and it was already waiting for me. I asked a few questions regarding something that caught my attention on the CarFax and he was able to explain everything to me clearly. We went for a test drive and never once did I feel pressured in any sense to buy this or another vehicle. I had to speak with my wife about the purchase and he wasn't constantly calling or emailing/nagging me. He gave me the information I needed regarding the vehicle, pricing, options, and also the time that I needed to think it over. Every time that I called or emailed Paul, response time was always great.
In the end, I bought the car and had a tremendous experience. I never write reviews about anything, especially positive ones, but I could not get over just how greatly I was treated. I can't speak for every single salesperson, but from the receptionist to the finance manager to my salesman, I would recommend this to anyone that will listen! I drove over an hour to get to the dealership and will definitely be back just because of the experience that I had.

Went just to see what options we had and drove out with RDX. Sales consultant Humberto J. Cruz greeted us and helped us with our trade and new lease. His recommendations were great his service was phenomenal. Years ago I tried a different Acura dealer and was treated really bad, not here. At Open Road Acura of Wayne we were treated with respect and they worked great with us. I will be going back for my next lease.

Paul was amazing from the moment we walked in the door! He was very friendly and not pushy at all. he took us for a test drive and explained everything we needed to know about the RDX. He gave us a very fair price without all the usual sales tactics! I would strongly suggest if you are looking to purchase an Acura to go see Paul and you will be absolutely amazed at how smooth the process can be!

When I bought my car I was told it went through a 175 point inspection. I notice just 2 days after I bought It there were some stains in my driveway. I went under the car and found that my transmission lines were rusted and leaking. This is something they should have been noticed right away during the inspection. I went back to the dearler and they said they would not cover it. I understand I bought the car as is and now I wished I had them put it on the lift but the part is only $60. I would have been happy if they even gave me a few free oil changes to cover the part. I don't mind spending a few hours replacing it but do what's right. I called the sales manager and he did not even return my call. The funny thing is my wife was talking about trading in her car for an Acura MDX. I guess I now have to go to another dealership.
