Andrei and Felipe both provided me with the best-in-class customer experience when getting my new Acura Integra. I went to trade in my ILX, and he came to me with an offer that made me happy and was at Kelly blue book value, which I appreciated. He was also responsive on his day off and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase and options. I previously went to a different Acura dealership but will only buy my car from Andrei and my friends at Springfield Acura. Felipe hooked it up with good coverage for maintenance for four years. I really felt taken care of and valued as a customer. That’s hard to find these days with the chip shortage going on. A lot of other car dealerships I went to were standoffish, but Andrei and Felipe both respected that it’s still a big decision regardless of the ongoing inventory issues.
