If you live in the vicinity of Woodbridge, New Jersey (or on Staten Island like me!), and you're a fan of Mazda vehicles (as I am) and youre in the market for a new one, you owe it to yourself (and your wallet!) to pay a visit to Thomas Randwanski at Sansone Mazda on Route 1 in Avenel, NJ! Thom is not merely Sansone Mazda's Sales Manager, but he's one of the absolute best sort in the auto sales business... Thom transitioned from being it's longest-serving and most saught-after salesman to, by far, the finest sales manager this location has ever seen in my many years of experience with this well-established Mazda dealership. In a highly-competitive business often panned for slick-talking and pushy salespeople, I'm thrilled to say that Thom is the very opposite of that often-valid stereotype. Literally the day before this amazing purchase experience, my wife and I were hit with the unexpected (and extraordinarily stressful) news that Mazda Financial Services (MFS) could not extend our lease having already granted us a 6-month extension, literally giving us a mere 2 weeks to literally scramble to find a new vehicle. This was especially unexpected, because the last time we extended the lease in early January, nobody at MFS alerted me this would be the final extension, a most inconvenient and glaring error on their part. With that sudden piece of news, I immediately contacted Sansone Mazda to see what options I had under such sudden and stressful circumstances. I explained our situation to Amanda in leasing, and she told me she'd get Thom to contact me as soon as possible. Maybe an hour or so later, Thom indeed got in touch with me. Almost immediately after I explained our predicament, Thom immensely helped to allay my most pressing concerns of having to suddenly come up with the typically necessary funds to drive home a new vehicle, e.g., the down payment, considerable sales taxes/fees, first payment, plus much-needed tire/wheel coverage. Being a long-time customer along with Thom's long history at Sansone instantly became a most invaluable asset. The very next day we went to see Thom to hopefully buy out our previous 2024 CX-90 PHEV lease and get us into a new vehicle with a similar or better payment with less money down. To make a long story short, Thom pulled off what I consider the ultimate "miracle" in my many years of auto buying/leasing! He got us into the beautiful new 2026 CX-90 Premium Sport trim level with a slightly lower price yet considerably more features and noticeablely-improved refinement for literally HALF what put down the last time with ALL taxes, fees, first month's payment PLUS tire and wheel coverage INCLUDED in an actually LOWER monthly payment than we were paying (:-D) even with my improving credit score still not being the world's greatest at the moment... If THAT wasn't the most epic of WIN-WIN-WIN outcomes for both parties imaginable, I can't imagine a better one... Thom pulled it off without any pressure whatsoever and then some! So to finish, whether or not you're in a similar bind that we were, or if you're simply just tired of the usually painful car-buying xx, please do yourself (and your wallet!) a favor, don't walk, just RUN and go see Thom Randwanski at Sansone Mazda for a truly EXTRAORDINARY deal and an even greater auto-shopping experience!

Mazda 3 purchase came with lifetime oil changes. They make it hard to get appointments then try to upsell a new battery then was already purchased prior to this derby center. When question the service technician got annoyed. Was told all work was performed within two day low air pressure light came on (Just needed air.)Then the washer fluid all of a sudden has a leak that I think was caused by maple shade Mazda in retaliation for calling then out for upselling services I will never purchase or go back for service free or not from this car dealership.

First time Mazda owner and so far I'm sold. Dropped my car off this morning for a complimentary oil change. I was promptly met by three of the nicest people I have met all day. Melissa, Juanita and Sandy.....you guys' ROCK! These ladies were very professional, but it was more than that. They welcomed me and took the time to explain everything to a T.
