I absolutely hate car shopping and already had gone to one dealer and had a disappointing experience, and spoke to a few others who didnt listen or just brushed me off. I was stressed as my car was totalled due to a deer and the rental time was running out. I first spoke to jason the sales manager who from the get cared and got to know me to figure out what vehicles would work for me and my life style. He already had a few in mind and assured me they definitely would have something. I ended up seeing gladiator I wanted to test drive at their cortland location they went above and beyond and brought it to syracuse for me. Jason set me up with Preston who was very sweet. And they both made the whole purchase super easy and stress free and they never pushed anything like some of the other dealerships do. You can truly tell Jason cares about the people that come thru that door which is refreshing and rare. Even after the sale I called with and issue and he immediately got on it and it was taken care of. Even the service department people are super nice and keep you informed. They are truly understanding. I wish i could remember the guys name i delt with. They definitely have gained my trust and a returning customer. And I for sure will be recommending them to everyone. Having worked in the industry before I can say this dealership is different. I cant say enough how impressed, grateful, amazing and easy everything was. Thank you again Jason!!

just wanted to pop in for an update, my jeep is in the process of needing some warranty service, i made the mistake of calling another dealer near where i would be for work, oh what a disaster and how unwelcome can you possibly make someone feel on the phone, i then proceeded to call Jeep Wave Executive Customer Care, John over there immediately helped me out, popped open a case# for me and told me to call Bill Volz which is what I did, they have always taken care of me with this Trailhawk, and also with my previous Liberty, great sales and service departments all around, cant wait to have my jeep fixed to leave another glowing review for the BV team, thanks to all and I will miss having Joe Verde around in service, what a great guy, looking forward to working just as closely with Jim, rumor has it he is just as great as Joe was

They were straightforward in their dealings and I received exactly what I was promised. Upon delivery the vehicle was nicely cleaned and detailed, with Noah going over the operation of the vehicle I was on my way in a short amount of time. Had my brand new 2026 Ram for 3 months; it’s now been sitting with service for 3 weeks… Zero clue by service when the part will come in. After 2 weeks they tell YOU to call Chrysler customer care to expedite YOUR own part. And when you do call they create a case, but then days go by & you don’t hear from anyone. Also, took me a week to get a loaner. Told me they didn’t have any (their selling point is they have loaners when you get a car from them). When I went to pick up my loaner there was 20 cars there (ram’s included which I didn’t get, so they had cars to be loaned out). No idea when my part will come in to fix my brand new truck. Shop elsewhere.
