I want to thank Dean Vardakis, Service Advisor, for his - Ms. Dee

I want to thank Dean Vardakis, Service Advisor, for his exceptional service. He made me feel completely comfortable knowing that my Jeep was in good hands and would be returned in excellent condition. His professionalism, knowledge, respect, and care are exactly what customer service needs, and Stellantis should consider having him train other service advisors. I left there feeling like my cousin works at Garden City Jeep.🙂

My girlfriend and I bought a 2026 RAM 2500 BigHorn from - ehelbeck

My girlfriend and I bought a 2026 RAM 2500 BigHorn from Scott Marsh at Romeo CDJRF. It was one of the best experiences I have had buying a car. There was no pressure, we just sat and talked and came up with a price that worked for both of us. He didn't make us wait like most salesman do while they go "Speak to the manager". A true professional. If you are looking for a Vehicle go to Romeo and speak to Scott.

Megan S, service advisor, Richard T service mgr. - chrisduq26

Megan S, service advisor, Richard T service mgr., and Tom, service tech. My 2017 JGC had an intermittent starting issue. Was advised to change the main battery and did along with the auxiliary battery. Wemt about 6 miles and the same issue, would not start. Finally got it started amd brought it back. A bunch of new codes came up. They got my car back in, about 1hr. later. They went through the check list and found a small yellow wire loose on my starter. Im so appreciative of them getting me in as I need to leave the next day to drive almost 1400 miles to get home. They were patient with me as I was frustrated yet respectful to them. They knew my urgency. I would like to thank them and recommend this group to anyone with needing repairs for their Chrysler built vehicles. Just as they were patient with me you need to be the same and they will take care of you. God Bless all!!

Do not go near this place! - williamsmatt24

Do not go near this place! Took my son's jeep here for repair. After spending $1,700 the same exact problem remained. They then said that I would have to spend more money bc it may be a different problem. Any reputable dealer would have made this right. Took it to another mechanic who correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They investigated and ruled in my favor and credited the money. Now Castilone actually send me a letter threatening legal action for the money even though they are clearly in the wrong and agreed to the credit card decision. Wow! I actually welcome it. Do not go here for anything especially any repair. They have terrible mechanics and are completely untrustworthy, dishonest, and deceitful.

I was in the search of a 2025 Ram 2500. - Frank103127

I was in the search of a 2025 Ram 2500. I was in contact with a salesperson named John who for some reason put me in contact with either a MGR or another salesman. I was shopping with other dealers on trading my 2021 Ram 1500 who I would send photos to get an idea on trade value.but this guy said you have to come in , so I did. and he offered 29k and I left. I’m home for several hours and he calls to say he is leaving for the day but now he will give me 32k. I ask about the Myflexcare service for 225 dollars on the window sticker and said I don’t want it and he seemed aggravated and said its on the sticker you have to pay it. Well I did some inquiries and found out it’s not required.and you can opt out of it . I went and bought a truck at another dealer.

Who needs to go to New Jersey. - bscibetti

Who needs to go to New Jersey. Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep on Staten Island saves the day. After leaving Nielsen Jeep in East Hanover NJ frustrated with how my agreed deal was handled, I called Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and spoke with Risul Mihad. I explained the exact lease deal that had been presented to me by Nielsen’s general manager Carmine D. and how their finance department later tried to change the amount due at signing. Risul listened, reviewed the numbers, and agreed that the situation did not sound right. He then brought in Bill, the sales manager. Together, Risul and Bill reviewed the same deal Nielsen had refused to complete. Island matched it. That was the difference. No last-minute surprises. No changing the deal in the finance office. No arguing over what had already been agreed to. They reviewed the numbers, said they could do it, and honored it. After spending hours at another dealership only to walk out, I ended up getting the original deal completed at Island Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. That says a lot about how a dealership chooses to do business. Thank you to Risul Mihad and Bill for being professional, straightforward, and for earning my business the right way. Highly recommended.

My communications started off on the wrong foot with this - HunHitman

My communications started off on the wrong foot with this dealership. But they did the best they could to get me in the car of my choice. Price was right and they are located close to JFK. If you are looking for a Ram, Dodge or a Jeep they are certainly worth stopping by and seeing what they can offer.

Left my Jeep flooded and refused to fix it. - eskravitz

Left my Jeep flooded and refused to fix it. I have bought two vehicles from Croton Auto Park over the past decade, but my trust is completely broken. I left my Jeep Wrangler with their service department for two weeks for an approved paint repair. When I went to pick it up, I discovered they never even ordered the parts to do the work. Worse, they negligently left my vehicle cabin open or unsealed during a severe storm. The interior was flooded with 3 inches of standing water. While they used a shop vac to clear the puddles, the carpets, insulation, and floor electronics are still completely drenched. When I confronted management, they refused to take responsibility or properly dry out the interior to prevent mold and electrical damage, calling it an "Act of God." I have filed formal complaints with Stellantis the NY DMV. Avoid this dealership. They do not care about loyal customers or protecting your property.

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and... - kc2bob

I had the misfortune to visit this den of thieves and bought a Dodge Charger. They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 - VTRenegade

Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. This last time I visited more than 15 dealerships and called at least 25. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic.

I had a fantastic experience at United Jeep in Bay Ridge, - Emil Kostov

I had a fantastic experience at United Jeep in Bay Ridge, where the service staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued. I want to give a special shoutout to the lady with the amazing hairstyle and her coworker at the reception, though I regretfully forgot their names. Despite arriving an hour late due to the heavy rain that Saturday morning(03/23), the staff remained absolutely professional and friendly. They offered me a delicious coffee in their Guest's Lounge and engaged me in a pleasant conversation while my vehicle was being serviced. I was initially concerned about being a last-minute customer, but my worries disappeared as the staff handled everything smoothly and stress-free. The facility itself is ultra clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I had a recall and oil change alerts and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary oil change as a new customer. This experience has restored my trust in the brand dealerships, and I will be returning for future services. Thank you to the entire team at United Jeep for a job well done, and I look forward to seeing you all again soon. Highly recommended!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After 16 years of driving Toyota vehicles, I - Violet CR

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After 16 years of driving Toyota vehicles, I recently decided to explore other options when it was time for a new lease. I had spent nearly two months waiting for updates from another dealership and often found myself having to initiate the follow-up conversations. The experience left me feeling frustrated and overlooked. Then I contacted Dutchess Kia, and everything changed. From my very first interaction, Mitchell Nelson, Sales Manager, and Kyle Bonser, Dealer Representative, were responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I wanted. They listened carefully to my preferences and, incredibly, located the perfect Kia Sorento X-Line for me in less than a day. Their communication was outstanding throughout the entire process, and I never had to wonder what was happening or chase anyone down for updates. I also want to recognize Franc Lombardo, Finance Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure I received a great deal. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made the financing process simple, transparent, and stress-free. What impressed me most was how easy the entire team made the experience. Buying or leasing a vehicle can often feel overwhelming, but Mitchell, Kyle, and Franc worked together to make the process smooth, efficient, and enjoyable from start to finish. Their professionalism, honesty, and customer service exceeded my expectations. After 16 years with Toyota, I wasn't sure what to expect from making a change. Thanks to the exceptional team at Dutchess Kia, I can honestly say I am thrilled with my decision and excited to be driving my new Kia Sorento X-Line. If you're looking for a dealership that values its customers, communicates well, and truly goes the extra mile, I highly recommend Dutchess Kia.
