*BAIT AND SWITCH AND $5,000 IN ADDED FEES* I called ahead inquiring about a certified pre-owned 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude X that was listed on their website. I specifically asked whether the car was physically at the dealership or at another location where they store their vehicles, and I was told that it wasn’t on-site but could be brought over immediately. I told them I could be there in 15 minutes and they confirmed the vehicle would be there by then. When I got there, suddenly, the car wasn’t available because it was getting service done at another location. Mind you, I was assured 15 minutes earlier that the car was available and would be there when I arrived. It was a classic bait-and-switch, which showed dishonesty and sketchiness from the start. I then looked at 2 other certified pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokees that I saw on the website and took one for a test drive. Here is where it gets even worse. After sitting down and asking for a no-nonsense out-the-door price on the 2 other certified pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokees that I looked at, they came back with a $4,000 certification fee “because they pay to have it certified” and $1,000 in other fees, plus taxes. When you buy a certified pre-owned car, the cost associated with that is incorporated into the price that the car is listed at. But i guess thats only true when you deal with an honest dealership, not this place. $5,000 in added fees once they get you in the door is downright outrageous and unacceptable. How people give this place their business and pay these fees boggles my mind. Do not come here. Do not give them your money. Taking this straight to the AG, DMV, and BBB so these scammers don’t continue ripping people off.

Few days after I purchased my Jeep, had wrote Jerome the salesperson to let him know that I had a reverse light out, he would talk to service, he never got back to me, as well as he was going to get me mats, which he never did. So, I made my own appointment, when I got there the Tech also notice the front low beam light was out. They would not replace the bulbs, it was "SOLD AS IS", Never again will purchase from them, thought they were a reputable company. Very disappointed.

They kept me waiting 7.5 hours, ran my credit report thru 7 banks (even though I had a pre-qualified check) and when I got the letters from the banks in the mail it tuned out that they were selling me a car that had a higher loan to value rate. Frank is a complete liar, tried to tell me the Charger was worth $40,000. Stay away from these morally devoid sheisters. I bought another car today from Phil @ Enterprise Car Sales in Wayne, NJ. Totally fantastic experience, great car and purchased for 10% less than the KBB rate and the car had a no haggle price tag on the window (as it should be). Good Job M&M, your sales tactics and thievery just lost you a repeat client. Karma is a real B*xxx! Do yourself a favor and stay far away from M&M, the owner should be ashamed of himself. Now I'll wait for the cookie cutter response! "Please contact us, we are sorry you had a negative experience, we'd like to try to resolve this matter" - yeah right!

Louie was phenomenal to work with in buying my new 2024 RAM 2500. I have never had a more pleasant no non-sense experience at any dealership anywhere and I have been to tons of them. This last time I visited more than 15 dealerships and called at least 25. I inquired at more than 40 online and when I finally called Wally’s and Louie answered he proved dealerships still do an honest business and want to sell vehicles. I made my 1 and only offer on the truck based on what I could spend. Louie presented the offer to management and they accepted it. I got an incredible deal and treated with nothing but respect throughout the entire process. Louie even went out of his way to make sure my every request was handled. Made the 6 hour drive from my home there 100% worth it. Even their service guys went out of their way to help me out as I had to tow my other vehicle home on an auto transport behind my new truck and I needed to have my ball flipped over so I could lower it to get a better tow for the 6 hour trip back home. I will be pleased to take my business to Wally’s CDJR when I need my next truck. They were fantastic.

I want to give a special shoutout to the lady with the amazing hairstyle and her coworker at the reception, though I regretfully forgot their names. Despite arriving an hour late due to the heavy rain that Saturday morning(03/23), the staff remained absolutely professional and friendly. They offered me a delicious coffee in their Guest's Lounge and engaged me in a pleasant conversation while my vehicle was being serviced. I was initially concerned about being a last-minute customer, but my worries disappeared as the staff handled everything smoothly and stress-free. The facility itself is ultra clean, modern, and spacious, providing a comfortable atmosphere for customers. I had a recall and oil change alerts and was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary oil change as a new customer. This experience has restored my trust in the brand dealerships, and I will be returning for future services. If you buy a preowned watchout you may have just bought a money pit and if you know anything about mechanics keep your mouth shut you will be asked to leave my advice if you plan to buy from this dealership take the car or truck to a trusted mechanic for a once over thought those days were over but I bought a money pit today I was told they would rather I didn't come back !! no problem !!!
