Great customer satisfaction doesn't stop with a good sales process in fact I think it starts after the sale closes. That's the case with Mohawk Honda. I bought a car 3 years ago and recently list the title while in Florida trying to trade it in. Mohawk went over the top in particular Liz Deltry and her manager couldn't do enough to help me out including ordering a new title and making sure I received it. Liz should get a huge thank you from her leadership team because it's employees like her that make you want to maintain dealer loyalty, as she went way over the top to help me out with nothing to gain but my loyalty. Huge kudos to Liz and Mohawk Honda for doing things the old fashioned way and the right way!!! Thank you Liz you helped earn my honda business for a very long time!

And I’ve known Joe Sanseverino all those years as well as I immediately gained a trust that he would help guide me through my visits every year for prescribed Honda preventive services any any repairs the technicians noticed. Joe explains everything to me very clearly and keeps in contact on site so I know what’s going on. I highly recommend Joe Sanseverino as a Service Advisor !

We brought our new-to-us 2021 Honda Pilot in for a potential issue with the engine idle stop system. The service center representatives, particularly Heather Blodgett, treated us very well from intake to vehicle pick up. Ms. Blodgett was kind, friendly, professional and knowledgeable about both the issue, which was covered by our warranty, and remedy. Additionally, she anticipated and addressed our concerns before we even vocalized them. Well done. Only word of caution: Don't ask her to staple your documents together. We suspect she is paid by the staple. =)

Rich Donlin was my service manager who, in his attentive, courteous, interested and friendly way, convinced me that Apple Honda would give me the best possible service. He established trust throughout the entire process. From beginning to end the experience was remarkable. My by old age and rust challenged 1999 CRV is back on the road. It handles beautifully and feels safe and solid after a major subsystem's repair. Kudos to Mr. Donlin, to the company and Mr. Andrychowski, the mechanic. It is a well run business. I stopped in at Lia Honda for help with my windshield wipers after I was told by another dealership that it would most likely cost me a lot of money including diagnostic testing and work for new wipers. I tried to get my car towed because I couldn’t drive my car due to the wipers not working. There was a big snowstorm and no one came to tow my car. When the snow stopped I drove to Lia Honda because it was so close to my house. Paige Buczynski at Lia took care of me immediately and took it upon herself to look at the wipers and worked hard to get all the ice buildup removed and got them to work. She prevented me from any expenses all on her own. I didn’t expect that and was so happy. I then booked my car updates at Lia with Paige and she again took care of me when I came in for service. I am seriously thinking of changing my dealership to Lia. Everyone should have a Paige Buczynski to take care of them!

Went in for my inspection, tire rotation and oil change for my lease. I was met at the door by Dale and he carefully answered my questions and explained what would be done during my visit. Never spoke down to me. When the work was done, he came and got me. He explained what was done and escorted me to my car to leave.
