Outstanding salesperson - kpirics
I have purchased many vehicles in my life time, from several different dealerships. In the past I always dreaded dealing with car salespeople and the high pressure on buying. Salesperson Tammy Ficko is outstanding in her field. The whole process of buying a new vehicle was enjoyable and easy.
I will recommend Tammy Ficko and Dave Arbogast to all my friends.
Thanks ken Pirics
We had a great experience - paulsteiner
We always feel welcome at De Lords. Our salesman, Logan Henderson, was friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. He was very patient in explaining all the features of our new purchase . We really like our Ford Escape.
2016 Acadia - Mark M
We had a great experience with Dutch and Coughlin Marysville with a truck purchase, we decided to look at A new SUV to replace our Honda. Dutch Bivens helped us again and gave us a very fair deal on our Honda Accord in trade. Shortly after the sale, they stood behind a tire replacement after one of four tires had a sidewall puncture and slow leak. Additionally, they stood behind the side impact sensor warning that tripped just after we took the vehicle home. They ordered and replaced the sensor at no charge. Great service and earned our business.
if your service man's name is greg wright, reschedule!!!! - rippedoffchevy
The dealership was friendly. I felt they didn't take my price range seriously enough. The salesmen here are the type that will show you 10 cars at 13,000 dollar car when you say your budgets 10k. After buying a car here, I had lots of engine trouble. The car had 30k miles and shouldve ran fine. It had a cracked regulator valve or something that they sold me with the car, after claiming it was perfect condition.
After a whole year of trying to get this issue looked at by their mechanics, Chevrolet sends me a letter saying that Cruze's in my generation are being recalled for the same issue as described above. They said if I returned to the dealership it would be fixed for free.
The associate Greg Wright treated me so poorly. He wasn't knowledgeable on the situation. He was angry and condescending. He put his hands in my face, was yelling at me. He told me he'd fix it for 600 and that he's not doing it "for free,""despite the Chevy recall. After speaking with customer service with Chevrolet, the situation was sorted out without trouble.
The problem here isn't with Chevrolet, it's with this dealership. Their goal is seemingly to push as many shoddy cars marked high as possible into Dublin without regard for their customer's safety or budget. They did not adhere to the process laid out by Chevrolet to fix the car. Greg Wright was storming around, throwing things, put his hands in my face, and tried to physically intimidate me for trying to do what the letter told me to do.
I took my car then to Tansky Toyota with the letter. This dealership does NOT deal with chevrolets, yet they still looked at my issue for free and diagnosed it as what the problem in the letter was. My family (3 cars already bought from Dan Tobin, unfortunately) will be going to Tansky the next time we need a vehicle, simply for the fact they treated me like a human unlike Mr. Greg Wright who seems to have free reign to act however he pleases in Dan Tobin's shop.
Best car Buy Experience ever!!! - kmjamison92
My Husband and I got the van that we needed for our family of 7 from Buick GMC of Springfield. Jordan Holt was amazing to work with! He listened to our needs and wants and found us the perfect vehicle. Within 1 day we had what we needed. The whole process was very relaxed and easy. Thank you Jordan and the Buick GMC family in Springfield!
Engine Light - Paula
My engine light turned on and then my car started idling when in neutral. I called and Chesrown was able to for me I’m quickly. My car was fixed and ready the same day. I also received a loaner vehicle free of charge that was the same size as my Buick Encore. I haven’t had any trouble with it since and very pleased with the job that was done. Thank you!

Dean assured me in looking at what I wanted to, when that did not work out, he showed me something that pleases all my wants. I would have closed the book on looking if it hadn’t been for Dean as well as the management team at Joe Stykemain Buick GMC. The family tradition of taking care of family truly lives in all its customers as well. I salute you!

Problems with the truck - SIMPLEMAN0807
When I purchased the truck I was told by the salesman that I couldn't take it off the lot till they did a 72 point inspection do on it. He gave me a sheet to take to wheeling tire to get it inspected after whitesides did the 72 point inspection. I was not able to get the truck inspected due to the window tin being 16% for it to pass it could not be less then 35%. I contacted the salesman and he said they would take care of and I brought it back to the dealer and they removed it. Which I appreciate it. I took it back and tried to get it inspected again and it failed the tires were all dry rotted. So I drove to whitesides and talked to Tony the salesman he talked to the manager and Tony and the manager said they would take care of replacing the tires. I also told Tony there was a problem with the engine. Since I bought it when you start out from a stop it hesitates I also told him that going from a 50mph . speed to 65 mphr it hesitated and hesitates and bogs down. He called to the service department to let them know after I had to ask him. He wanted me to do it when I took the truck to have the tires replaced. I told the service dept when they removed the tint. Nothing was checked. I Lionel the truck. But I'm disappointed that the tires aren't checked. The tint. The engine wasn't checked when the 72 point inspection was done. I also noticed that when it was detailed for me to pick it that the driver side cab corner is rusted. And that the driver side rear food has a long scratch in it. And someone tried to cover it up by using a marker on it. It was dark when I picked the truck up. I buy the truck with the intentions that everything would have been taken care of before it left the lot.
Nothing but amazing things to say about Ballas! - Andrew
My husband and I just leased a new 2019 GMC Terrain and we could not be happier! Ballas went above and beyond to make it work! The managers and sales specialist we worked with were a huge help. They made sure we received everything we needed and more. We will be back!

2015 Ford Escape - Soverfield
I have to start by saying Lue Vascek was vary nice and helpful when I bought my Vehicle.
About a week later I noticed my car was starting hard. The next morning dead will not start or crank. Jumped started drove 1 hour to work shut my car off and would not start again! I called Lue first to give them the chance to take care of a customer as they should. They said they would not do anything for me that they checked the battery during service and it was fine it was on me. I find this completely unacceptable 8 days after purchase. I will not be returning for service or any sales. I understand that this car is "As is" but 8 days after purchase is unacceptable and to not even offer to take care of me in any way is unacceptable. This will take a possible life long customer in to someone who will tell everyone he meets About there poor customer service. I worked at Ganley Village for 4 years as a tech and we would do anything to take care of a customer to make sure they return. That is customer service there are to many dealerships out there to go to a dealer that will not take care of it's customer. I am extremely disappointed in this experience if I could give 0 stars I would.
Every one and everything went as I expected. Or better.... - John Stoffer
Every one and everything went as I expected. Or better. There was no pressure and everyone made me feel comfortable. I would go back again, and recommend highly to anyone looking for a vehicle.
Nightmare Experience, Horrible Customer Service! - MichaelShane72
I purchased a new 2019 Buick Enclave from Sandoval Buick/GMC on September 3rd from Craig Delmatto-salesman, and Amanda Aledia onsite sales manager. They would not negotiate with me on the price telling me that this was a Labor Day sale price. I told them that I would be willing to pay FULL asking price if they would add the trailer hitch I needed for small loads. They first convinced me that this is something their Service department couldn’t do and that this was outsourced out of house. I agreed upon the condition that the hitch would be the same style, behind the rear flaring and not visible, and including the wiring harness. I had them put it in writing to be safe. It took until November 1st for them to finally get me set up to receive my new hitch after I had showed up in September to be told the ordered hitch came in damaged. I took my vehicle to Auto Options at 9AM November 1st and was told it would take 3 to 4 hours and to come pick up my vehicle later in the day. When I arrived they had installed a hitch that hangs down below the bumper and looks like some shade tree mechanic installed it and screwing the wiring harness bracket to the hitch cover with sheet metal screws. I immediately told them this was the wrong hitch and was told this is what Sandoval Buick paid for and that I would have to contact them if I was unhappy. I have now reached out to Craig Delmatto at Sandoval Buick-GMC 3 times and been told he had to talk to his manager and he would call me back. I have not received any call back or any explanation as to what went wrong here. Needless to say purchasing a new car from Sandoval Buick/GMC has been a nightmare and I would HIGHLY recommend going somewhere else to make you purchase.
BAD DEALERSHIP TO AVOID!! - Angry Customer
I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership. They falsely informed me of the engine condition and attempted to hide issues. Additionally, they allowed me to drive off their lot in an unsafe car which had a faulty airbag.
Honest and very helpful. - Pylestone
I took my car in thinking it might be the transmission but wanted to have it checked out first, turned out to be the timing belt that was under and expired special warranty. The service advisor Dennis has been great through this whole process! He could have tried to sell me things I did not need but that has never been the case and I know because I have asked him if I needed things and he has said no.
Great Dealership - Helen’s Acadia
Once again we returned to Bob Ross to purchase our new vehicle. Our salesman, Tom Spears is “top notch”. Tom is very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions! He is very courteous and treated us like old friends. When we are ready for a new vehicle, we will definitely come back to Bob Ross and work with Tom!!
I've experienced nothing more than a poor experience from... - mrmedic3
I've experienced nothing more than a poor experience from Buick GMC of Beachwood. After exploring numerous options, I found myself interested in a pre-owned vehicle advertised by Buick GMC of Beachwood. Two unanswered vehicle inquiries from the Buick GMC of Beachwood website were not a surprise as I figured it was due to the weekend. The very next business day, several minutes after this dealership opened, I was eventually connected to a sales representative. I explained to this rep my interest in purchasing the pre-owned vehicle, provided all the necessary information, and requested a buyers order for my bank who had agreed to finance this vehicle. The sales rep was able to confirm the vehicle was still available. The rep even took pictures and forwarded them to me. It should be noted that I lived out of state so visiting the dealership prior to the issuance of a check from my bank was not an option. As the day continued, I maintained contact with the same sales representative. As you can imagine, closing an auto loan, especially from out of state took time but due to such an early start left me with plenty of time to travel to the dealership, test drive the car and complete the purchasing process. After later receiving a call from the bank, i received a check, negotiated a ride, and began my travel to the dealership. Soon after beginning my travel I contacted the rep to let him know of my status. I was advised to continue my travels to the dealership, however someone was currently test driving the vehicle. After already having knowledge of my anticipated endeavor as of early this morning, this news was a bit disheartening. The rep advised that he would call me back but insists that I continue driving. Approximately 25mins later now an hour into my travel, the rep contacted me back stating that the vehicle was still out being test driven by an interested customer. The rep further advised that he was unsure whether I should continue. I decided at this point to speak with a manager. I expressed to the manager that I was already an hour into my travels with a check to purchase the vehicle. I addition, I've already added the vehicle to my insurance as most dealers require. The manager advised that despite my preparation starting in the early hours of the morning, if the interested customers wanted to purchase the vehicle, he could not deny them. The manager offered me a gift card for the confusion. Serveral phone calls later, I learned that the interested customers did not purchase the vehicle. As you can imagine such confusion delayed my travel and expected arrival considering the dealership closing hours. I soon arrived at the dealership where I test drove and purchased the vehicle. I was advised during my signing that copies had to be mailed to me (I photographed what I signed) which I thought was weird. Days following my purchase, thinking that all troubles were left behind, I received a rude awakening. I took this vehicle in for a full inspection where it was discovered that several maintenance issues exist. These issues could not have been discovered from a brief test drive. In addition, I did not receive my documents. This and all of the above has completely ruined my overall car buying experience. Based on my experience, it would be my suggestion that this dealership is avoided until they can create a better experience for customers. I believe that any company can change, but must be willing.
Unwanted fixes , High Cost - Pissed1337
Way too expensive and they did more than we wanted because "it needed done" BS! Total cost was 1216.00 and of that only 320.00 was parts. Go to McBrides Auto Service or Chuck Nicholson in Dover for excellent car care.
Dishonest, Unproffessional, Worst Experience - gmd47
A deal was set up...went in on a Sat..signed docs..veh n/a so was to b delivered to job Mon. Mon comes I hear a issue,.car signed for..sold!! Yet s/p never calld me..i ended up calling him..gave opportunity to tell me truth..yet his version " there's a problem with vin# I need you to come in and resign" lie! In very next sentence another reference made again about remembering how to answer survey questions. If your doing your job right..would you have to coach your customers as to how to rate an experience?? I was just lied to are you kidding?!?! Now veh will b delivered to my home..guy comes to my house? Normal? Shows up with..docs I signed already?? So now Tues they will bring docs to job..they leave new car,no contract, 30 day tag has wrong vin#..call s/p told no prob?? Tues-Weds NO contact..nothing..Thurs s/p randomly sends some1 to my job..yea big mistake..now sales "mgr" steps in. Fluffing the lie and poor handling..shouldve expected but I expected honesty & proffessionalism..hmm Fri I found a diff location to go to..now"mgr claims can't that he will get veh that I orig signed for? The one sold? The 1 I never took possession of? Lie..now offered lower payment..yet not asked for..had already been ok with where I was? So 7 days later..have a contract, again someone has to come to my home? So after all that a week & 1/2 later I have issue getting signed docs?? Why? Next issue, although addressed early & immediately in this whole dysfunctional process to s/p who I emailed a copy to was that I had a bill from prev lease..no problem he stated..they would take care of..30 days later.."mgr" now plays again his cards.."I'm 3rd part to this" "I didn't know what for" implied "how did he know I didn't get check to pay bill..he doesn't live with me", "he was just kissing my a**" "he felt sorry for me & was just trying to b a good guy and pay" All stated to me while on speaker phone in the presence of another adult!! In the times we live..this isn't being tolerated..unacceptable..is there exceptions?.In his line of business-"mgr"..unproffesional. Dealing with the public? Sexist/chauvinistic to say the least!! I would love to be present and see/hear that approach taken with a grown man who had same situation I did. Oh but 10p that day after all words said, I received a text...as to apology and so not like him and he's better than that. Please.. to me...when you can act a way it's not new or suprising...its already in you..you just pick an choose when to display. Some get fooled...some don't! So needless to say..hollow words...Day before bill due..money was wired..last minute necessary why? 30 day process? S/p already have a stereotype/stigma of being sneaky, snakes, shady, dishonest etc...you can fall into the stereotype/stigma or you can choose to represent yourself for the way you want the public to view you. These 2 grown individuals with 8.5+yrs in the business chose to live up to majority thoughts....shameful. Through whole process friends, family co workers floored, can't believe, po'd for me. Sad thing is I went to brother company for my last 2 leases..and BEST experience. Never lied to, Never told something would be done and wasn't, Never insulted or treated with anything but respect. Never a last minute process...TOTALLY professionals. Thinking to go elsewhere..poor choice on my part. Won't be made again!
Wouldn't buy anywhere else!! - Nanna of 3
I recently purchased a Equinox, I'm very happy with the service we received. My husband also traded in his pickup truck for a brand new one, he wasn't even looking for a new truck but what they offered us for a trade in. It was to good of a deal to turn down!!
Interesting - Buick2018
Drew B. came down from the Jackson store to make the sell. What a wonderful guy! Kind courteous and helpful. 5 stars to drew all the way around. Very knowledgable and friendly. Overall disappointed in the wait time I had while purchasing my car. I was there for over 6 hours and only test drove the car I ultimately was buying. Nice cars, but the lethargy of some staff (appraisal team/loan man) was very evident in my day spent there. If you're going to this location, be prepared not to go anywhere else that day. Outside of that I am a very proud owner of a 2018 Buick and I am very thankful to Drew for going above and beyond.
Find someplace else to give your hard earned money - Sherrie215
Very disappointing customer service. I'm giving 2 stars because I am happy with my car but in the end the customer service was THE WORST. They dont keep their word, once they have your money they could care less about anything that they promised. The owner is RUDE. We got off to a bad start which was just really strange and then he was just vindictive after that and over ruled any promises made by the sales person. My suggestion...go somewhere else. This RUDE owner doesnt deserve your hard earned money.
Expensive - Thomas ryan
I had my Buick here several times both times over 1000 to fix alternator went out near 1200 bucks recently while I have no issues with it not being fixed properly the large amount of money it cost I bought a different car to avoid it all together

Received a phone call from the salesman only after seeing... - Buckiladee56
Received a phone call from the salesman only after seeing my first review! Stated "we might have been able to cover the starter" I wrote my review bc I had a $600 repair week which included brake pads, battery and tow, parts and labor for the starter., in less than 60 days of purchase! My first complaint was the hood doesnt even stay up! No response to that either! From the start no return emails, or phone messages that were left! Communication is key. Was told "I purchased" an extended warranty as well? Really! They knew exactly what they were selling me. Their laughing at my expense.
