I have come here 5 times for various things and have had nothing short of a great experience. 4 out of the 5 times I have been here a gentleman named Gregg Wright has helped me. I believe he has been here for quite a few years and I understand why. Very friendly, and knowledgeable. Other places I have been have been less than accommodating. The waiting area here (btw I am still here writing this reveiw) is great! Three computers and four desk spaces to work on school/work/personal items, a nice little lounging area with comfortable seating as well as a tiny little kids area. It also has a pretty sweet coffee maker (Which is new this visit) Only thing I wish it had was a free popcorn maker/machine like the Jeff wyler on Gender road has... but overall service and appearance has me visiting dan tobin (plus proximity to my home) more so than free popcorn. Keep up the great work! Also bathrooms are very clean and the TVs in there are a nice touch haha

I recently purchased a certified pre owned vehicle from Springfield Buick GMC Cadillac. I did a lot of homework and scoured lots around Ohio to find what I wanted. Not only did they have the vehicle I wanted but I was shocked when they set up an appointment to look at it. Kyle Hughes made sure the vehicle was fueled up, clean, and was waiting for me at opening. Kyle had a detailed knowledge of the vehicle and all of its features. Other dealerships I had visited it had been very clear the extent of the salesperson's knowledge stopped at 'gee, it's a nice car'. Kyle was friendly, down to earth, and was nonsense, no pressure. He went out of his way to answer any and all questions both before and after the sell.
I'd also like to give a shutout to Holly Bundy, the finance manager. She made the transaction quick and painless.
It's very clear that Springfield Buick GMC Caddilac takes good care of their employees and their customers. They are all friendly and really seem to enjoy their job. I would definitely recommend them and when I'm in need of a new vehicle again I will be going back.

My husband and I had our first hassle free positive car buying experience in 26 years. I have always dreaded buying a new car because I hate the “car sales man” game. I don’t impulse buy; by the time I walk into a dealership I have done my research, know what a fair trade in value should be, and what I want for a car payment. From the moment we walked in Henry made our experience great! No haggling, no games...just a straightforward car deal. We knew our price range for a payment and Henry made it happen. Not only did Henry get us in the car we wanted and in our price range he took care of all the extras. He called our insurance agent to get our car added, went over every feature and turned us back on to using Siri because it really made a difference in the features available on our car. The finance piece was seamless as well. Quick, easy and friendly. We look forward to working with Henry and Joyce Buick when it’s time to buy our next car.

We had purchased/leased business vehicles and personal vehicles from Lavery in the past and had good experiences. It's unfortunate that the Lavery family has a business manager using unprofessional methods which is opposite of the way we had been treated in the past.
In order to have loyal customers, you must be loyal to them as well. It's unfortunate they'll never know the amount of business lost over a poor decision from a person going against the old Lavery Family Values.
It's disturbing that my story is just like the last person's review from February. After negotiating the vehicle price to a point where both of us were comfortable, they sold the vehicle out from under us. Even after we offered to put a deposit down until we could make it to the dealership.
Their story changes. Called in after they said someone else purchased. The salesperson said "The vehicle was on the lot and still available".
We should have called Mr. Lavery when this happened, but thought this would be more effective.
