Shaun Woolard, the sales associate, and the service team at Junction Auto made the two hour drive worthwhile to do business with them. During the whole purchasing and accessorizing experience they were detailed and very considerate. Everyone at the dealership in all departments, including the Business Manager, were friendly and welcoming. Even if it was just a five minute wait, they made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I did not feel pressure at any time. They were more facilitators.

They handled warranty repairs as my warranty was about to expire. No issues no hassle just fixed right. Came in for service again today and no games just got me in and out. I was worried thinking this was going to be a horrible charge that something major was wrong with the car. The text assured me that the light reset at the vowel was stuck and everything seemed to be OK. They told me to keep an eye on it and they were here for me if it does it again. What a relief!
