Hi please read before purchasing a vehicle from Serpentini of northolmstead, I had purchased a 2015 chevy silverado from Serpentini of north olmstead on February 13th, after owning it for 2 weeks it started to have transmission slippage! I had purchased the vehicle as is for $17,250 it only had 69,000 miles and had a beautiful carfax. I looked over the vehicle and had noticed the transmission fluid was slightly lower than when I had purchased it so I had taken it to a chevy dealer that was minutes from my house. They had replaced the transmission cooler lines and and added two courts of transmission fluid. They also did an oil change which the dealership claimed that they had done, so now im $750 into this vehicle and I had put less than a 1000 miles on it since the issues had began and if you know anything about full synthetic oil changes they are normally good for 5,000 miles. So the next day I get a code and the transmission is acting up again so I took it to my local transmission shop that has been in bussines since 1983 they did their test and was able to conclude it needed a new torque converter and a few other things totaling $2500. At this point Im feeling like I had been had by serpentini of north olmstead so I contact them which took days to reach anyone. I talked to the man whom sold me the vehicle Todd Forsythe who said he had talked to the service manager and the used cars sales manager and they could do the work for base rate plus parts after me calling and getting an exact quote of where that would come in at it was right around $2350 and I would have had to have gotten it towed another $200. I opted to have it done at the transmission shop since serpentini of north olmstead was not helping me at all. I had tried to contact the managers myself and never received a call back. Even after having the work done I tried to reach out to the general manager Ryan Serpentini to see if he could make this right and he had also never returned my calls! Being a reputable dealership I expected more out of them unfortunately that was not the case. So buyers beware of used vehicles from Serpentini of north olmstead or westlake for that matter as they are both ran by Ryan Serpentini. Please take your vehicles before purchasing them and have them scanned and checked by a mechanic to save yourself some troubles shortly down the road! As torque converters do not go overnight and good bussines dont make their customers miserable! I would surely not recommend buying a vehicle from the Serpentini northolmstead as they never made any amends, the finance manger called me back and told me I should have bought the extended warranty which I could not afford as times are tough for everyone I was at my max budget for a payment! These are issues that should not be happening on $17000 vehicle less than a month off the lot and under a 1000 miles being put on the vehicle then being shamed for not buying the warranty! So apparently im out $3250 i hope this doesn't happen to anyone else out there!

Took my 2017 Dodge Charger today (Feb. 28, 2025) in to get the trunk release button on trunk replaced. Had to purchase whole tail light assembly at $1700.00 a couple days in advance. Service was great. Dropped off at 11, got rental, picked up at 4. Everyone in service so nice and professional ! Always my go to service for my MOPARS!

Drove 3 hrs to take a look at a this truck. Salesman called me repeatedly during work days to try to get all sorts of information about how i could pay. I asked for pictures of the underbody and it looked good so I drove out to see it. I get there it has a little more rust than i was expecting as the frame was cleaned up but the suspension had a fair amount of rust on it. I still wanted to buy it but then during the test drive a bunch of dash lights came up.

I have been trying to reach someone in service for days. I left a voicemail and have not received a call back. Your receptionist are not helpful and just say they are with a customer then just transfer me to another voicemail every single time I have called, and it has been multiple times a day over multiple days of just trying to speak to someone.  One call I was trying to explain to the receptionist what I needed, and she just put me on hold while I was in the middle of speaking. I then called back, and they stopped answering the phone and just send me to voicemail. Another call they picked up and I could hear them answer (as they were whispering in the background) and they hung up on me completely. I did not yell, scream or cuss at them but simply asked to speak to someone that could help me and explain what was needed for a recall on my car.  It seems like for a company in the service and sales industry you do not want any business and treat your customers poorly.

Very unprofessional, one of the worst experiences of my life. Sold me a death trap for 12,000. They made me feel like the vehicle was safe. Family vehicle. Broke down in first month of purchase. Then a month after that rear end completely goes out. The replaced it with old rusted and corroded on which now they are trying to charge me bc its leaking and its about to go again. The broke off my break pad said it would stop the rubbing sound coming from my front right tire. The list goes on. I hate going there every six months to keep warranty going on it, they create more problems then anything else. It is now called ken gainley, same people. You've beem warned.

Service department charged me for work I did not approve of. Car has gone through 5 serpentine belts within a month of service (did not have a problem before). Allegedly gave my car an alignment, but the steering shook more after the service was done than before.

Absolute Greatest Experience purchasing a new vehicle out of state from this dealership. CJ and his dealer staff were all very polite and professional. The purchase deal was made over a telephone call and we then drove 298 miles the next day from Illinois to pick up the vehicle. CJ had the perfect Chrysler Pacifica with an exact match for all of the options that we required along with the best “Out-the-Door” price that we could find within a radius of 400 miles. CJ had everything ready to finish the deal when we arrived. No upselling, no add-on pressures, and no negative tactics as typically found at every other dealership. The whole event took no more than 45 minutes to complete and be out the door. Wow! As long as I have been purchasing cars for the last 50 years, I have never had a better experience than this anywhere else. Our new vehicle even had a full tank of gasoline upon delivery! I would advise you to not take your car there for repairs! I took my Dodge Caravan there for simple repairs. Shocks and Struts And they butchered the job. First they left 13mm Blue point wrench laying on my battery to short positive to negative. They put it back together with the strut bushings hanging out. Now it makes noises like front suspension going to fall out. so they either don't trust their mechanical ability to test drive it when they finish a job. Or they test drove it and said oh well who cares ship it. Took it back and they said you said shocks and struts are bad so we just replaced those not the broken strut bushings. I left it with them for 6 weeks and it's still not fixed. They never touched it. When I would call about vehicle they would say parts will be in a week that week would come and go another week for parts. They said vehicle was so old it was hard to get the parts. It is a 2013 but part interchange up to 2019. Their location in Chillicothe said they could have the parts for me in two days. I wouldn't trust them to fix a bicycle now. I was ASC certified mechanic for 15 years. I've only seen repairs like that when someone had a crackhead fix their car. BEWARE!!!
