Bought a brand new Mercedes in 5/2020. Per salesmen Stephen, Car purchase came with an oil change. Sun roof went out in car, the dealership damaged the inside of my car scratches inside vehicle and bent the headliner and returned it to me like this and I have to mention I found things wrong. Brian only agreed to fix headliner dent and he was rude talking down to me abt my findings treating me like I was making things up. Also said they fixed my warranty item around passenger door. This will be the 4th taking it to a 3rd dealership to get it fixed at end of month January 2021. Due to dealership having my car for almost a month for sun roof issue, brian the service manager agreed to a class A service package to me for free ... now they won’t return my calls or agree to honor something they agreed upon. Not sure how someone can run a shady business like and not honor what they say they will do... also damaged my airbags while pulling sunroof out , other dealership west Chester had to be aggressive with brian at kenwood in order for him to agree to repair . If item is not under warranty your sol. I have made a dozen calls to Mercedes customer support and all they do is let the dealership know and it is their responsibility the dealership to make it right... kenwood dealership won’t return emails or calls and just ignore you if something like this happens to u... I saw another review where their car was damaged and Mercedes kenwood said thT person was lying... hmm.. I love my car but this is the treatment if u buy a lower class car such as the A220.. never owned one before love the car but this dealership including the finance department , won’t return my emails or calls ... don’t even deserve a 1
