Purchased a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Ray Price Ford and I love it. Working with Joe he got me all the information I requested, even sending videos of the vehicle. I was greeted at the front of the dealership with a warm welcome from Joe, and was in and out within an hour. I traveled 3 hours for this vehicle and was immediately impressed by the dealership and the professionalism. I also dealt with Stuart who will surely make it a memorable buying experience, full of personality. I truly enjoyed the entire buying experience and their willingness to work with someone out of state and making the whole process smooth. I would highly recommend working with Joe he was very personable and makes you feel very at ease and your vehicle buying process. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Purchase review: one of the best trade-in and purchase experiences we’ve ever had (full stop). Devin and Anitra Traverso are the absolute cream of the crop. In summary… Trade-In values and purchase price were better than fair. Communication was clear. No gotcha’s or gimmicks. They even offered to drop off the new car and pick up the trades (out of state purchase). Finance rate was reasonable without negotiation. They even put up with me continuously trying to find the shoe that was going to drop (but never came). As someone who has bought and sold more cars than I’d care to admit, I can tell you that this will be the first dealer I return to if buying a Ford (even though it’s a two hour drive) or if trading/selling a vehicle of any make. Well done.

Wayne County Ford was great to deal with. Due to the current supply situation, I had to order a vehicle but they made this easy and even though it took much longer than expected to arrive they were friendly to deal with. I traded my vehicle in when I ordered, and in the 10 Months it took Ford to make the vehicle they honored the order price, handled the trade paperwork and taxes properly, and didn’t add on any Administrative fees that many other dealer are doing for these high demand ordered vehicles. In a tough market where new vehicles are just hard to get, they are doing a great job and being very honest and reliable. Things have changed in the way vehicles are purchased and sold, and they are adapting well to this new market.

I had an excellent truck purchasing experience. My sales representative was Bob Lauer. Bob was extremely helpful with setting up my test drive for a truck I was interested in purchasing. Throughout the entire purchasing process, Bob was knowledgeable about any questions that I had and kept me informed about the status of every stage during the purchase process. Bob was also committed to making sure that the accessories I wanted/needed in my new truck were promptly ordered. Although not every accessory was available same-day as my purchase, the parts department had advised an accurate time for the accessories to arrive to the dealership for installation. When I had returned to the dealership after my purchase was complete, Bob made sure that it was well communicated with the service department regarding what needed installed on my new truck. The entire truck purchase was made easy and all of the staff that I had interacted with during my truck purchase was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would gladly purchase another vehicle from this dealership.
