This dealership is racist. I called on 6/1/26 to schedule an appointment to test drive a 2019 Chevrolet Suburban. On 6/3/26, my husband and I drove 50 minutes to this dealership. When we walked in, I asked for a manger because I was there for my appointment. The gentleman that helped us (Ethan Pilipczuk) was very inexperienced. I told him what vehicle it was, he took my husband & I outside to go look for the vehicle (no keys in his hand). When we couldn’t “find” the vehicle, he told us that we were going back inside to make sure it was on that lot. He also asked me if I had the stock number. As a salesman, you should have had all of that information ready when I arrived. He proceeded to tell me that the truck was on another lot and he was going to get it. We waited almost 25 minutes before he returned and claimed that the truck had been sold. Yet on the website it still said it was available. He told me that he was going to see if there was something else in the inventory that I may like. We waited another 10 minutes and he arrives in a vehicle that was smaller than the Suburban. When I told him that I wasn’t interested in that vehicle, he said “Okay, give me a minute to talk to my manager.” We waited another 15 minutes and he was nowhere to be found. So we left. I went online today (6/4/26) and the vehicle is still online with no sold or pending sale. So I called and pretended to be a Caucasian female and the salesman Kevin said the vehicle was still available and I could come test drive it today. I texted Ethan to see if “the sale fell through or if they had new inventory” and he told me No. I refuse to give this dealership my business. You lost a customer who is a USPS employee with a 722 credit score. I Will Never Do Business Here.
