We have used Maguire's since 2016 when Paul Wheeler got me out of a SHO lease and into a Focus RS! Since then, we have had a Ford Edge ST and a Lincoln Aviator Reserve AWD--which we still have. The SHO had been rear-ended by a lady texting, and Maguire's Collision Center repaired it excellently, as well as the RS after another lady backed up into it! Recently, the Collision Center removed a small dent from the hood of the Lincoln, and while they were at it, detailed the entire car, as it seems to have gotten some overspray on it somewhere. Paul has sold us all our vehicles, and I just took possession of a 2020 Shelby GT500 that Maguire's received as a vehicle to re-sell. I use their Quick Lane often, and am amazed that they can get me in on such short notice. I am retired an always wait for the car while it is being serviced, and I rarely wait as long as the service advisor tells me. I don't remember all the names of the Maguire's employees I have dealt with but Dave in Service and Tim Doss (general manager) are two that stand out, and Tim was going to really work to get the Recaro seats in the GT500 replaced (I thought they were too narrow but they did work out in the end!) so I could get that particular car. The mechanics have always done superb work, and NOW I will be there more often to have "goodies" installed onto the GT500! Overall, a superb dealer that really cares for the customers!

Seriously misdiagnosed engine problem and illegally tried to charge me for it rather than fix it under the warranty. The fix would have been useless anyway, they ignored the actual problem. They also refused to do both recalls. They left all my doors unlocked and the glove box and console where open and items stolen from the vehicle. Will update this after my complaints are filed and resolved with The F.T.C. & Attorney General. Possible lawsuit forthcoming. I suggest people educate themselves of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act. Your state also has many other consumer protections for when a car dealer may be misinforming you of your rights.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was, without question, one of the worst car-buying experiences imaginable. Before making an eight-hour trip each way, I specifically asked them to tell me about every imperfection because I did not want to be out there and be surprised by anything because it so far. When I got there, there was a large softball sized dent in the drivers side of the car. It had barked all the paint off so it was bright white on a dark green car. Everyone there swore no one ever saw it before. This experience was frustrating, costly, and incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here. If you value honesty, transparency, and basic customer service, look elsewhere.

I’ve never experienced treatment this unprofessional from any business. When I recognized that Frank in service was too frazzled to handle the call, I politely said I’d reach out another time. He then called me back—unprompted—just to swear at me repeatedly and end the call with “F*** you.” What’s worse is that upper management has not responded to any of my emails. The silence suggests that this behavior is either ignored or tolerated, which is extremely concerning.

RE: Collision center. 3 -5 time frame to replace a rear bumper took 8+ days. We had to call as the body shop never contacted us regarding the delay. They said an ordered part was wrong, but didn't know until 6 days after drop off. In person visit yielded no further explanation. Will NEVER use this collision center again. A simple courtesy call regarding the problem would have been much appreciated, but apparently there is no concern for customer service with Ciocca

We recently purchased a new truck from this dealership. The vehicle itself is great, and the sales process initially went smoothly. However, the experience changed significantly once we decided to finance the vehicle through our personal bank instead of the dealership. After informing the staff of our decision, the atmosphere became noticeably less welcoming. When it came time to complete the paperwork, we were not brought into the finance office and instead signed the final documents while standing in the lobby. No one reviewed the paperwork with us or walked us through the documents before signing. This stood out to us because we have previously purchased several vehicles from a sister dealership in the same group and had positive experiences there. We expected a similar level of professionalism and customer service. We are happy with the truck, but the final part of the purchasing experience did not reflect the level of customer service we anticipated.

Got an oil change there recently on a 6.7l diesel... Checked level 2 days later, 3.5 quarts overfilled... Unbelievable micky mouse operation. It's Fred Beans certified pre-owned just bought with their warranty and the guy basically said they won't honor any warranties, they'll write it up so you're at fault, you tell them there's an issue, 240/hr to diagnose and we can't trek you if it's covered till afterwards. The steering wheel was never straight, alignment is perfect. Know what he said, it's a work truck, they're never straight. I'm not looking for perfect but it's obvious someone had the steering wheel off or the pinion arm and put it back on a tooth or two off, meanwhile hear rubbing in the steering column when the wheel is turned... Buying it I was told everything was covered for first year. They'll lie right to your face. 3.5quarts of oil overfilled... that alone will destroy an engine.

(Purchased at CHarper) Honda CRV 2020 and paint is pealing between door frames and driver side head and tail lights have moisture leak. Service agent stated car out of warranty. Both issues are honda manufacture defect and not a warranty issue. Wonder if CHarper will step up and assist now!
