The cleanliness is immaculate throughout the cars, showroom, and restrooms. The Keurig is always stocked well and used by my children each visit. We scheduled an appointment to purchase an ordered SUV, all the paperwork was ready to sign, and our children did not wait long to show us how to use electronic screen all the way home. They will do an entire vehicle inspection no matter what you bring your vehicle in for. The dealer now uses a new text AI system to send you a laundry list of items to fix which bear no resemblence to what I actually needed. No phone calls, no options. Just terrible customer facing interaction. Only more pronounced because they used to be good. I used to be able to get a shuttle, they used to talk things over. Will not be going back.

Blue Advantage purchase. - Davis

Blue Advantage purchase. Found inspection check list was fraudulent. I replaced all four brake rotors, pads, guide pins, all wipers original (stated replaced). Brakes were metal on metal after 900 miles. All brake components claimed 90% remain. Dealers said, "oh sorry". Cost me $800. I'm letting FoMoCo know about this scam.

I took my car for an inspection and oil change. They said I needed new wiper blades. They scratched my wiper arm. Installed non matching wiper blades. When I noticed the blade and damage. I got the run around. They did not return my phone calls. I had to drive to dealership to get problem corrected. They never apologized and did not follow through with what they promised me. They said they would replace both wiper arms but only replaced the one arm. So I have mismatched wiper arms now. Felt disrespected and taken advantage of.

Had an easy experience purchasing a used vehicle here. Worked with Mike C as the salesman and Todd and Greg as the managers, who were all helpful and easy to deal with. Talked numbers over the phone, no high pressure sales, no hidden fees or add-ons. Just a great used truck at a fair price. They also pre-qualified the loan at a better rate than I had gotten from my own bank. I was able to walk in, test drive, fill out the paperwork, walk out with the keys in about an hour. This is how car buying should be, I'll absolutely be calling them first for my next vehicle.
