I had to get new keys made for my 2013 Ford Edge on 4/19/2018 at Pacifico Ford on Essignton Ave in Philadelphia. Paul Rubin was the service specialist who helped me. He was awesome. He truly exemplifies what great customer service looks like. He ordered the keys that I needed ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait and he saved me a substantial amount of money by offering me a better option. I’ve never experienced customer service like that before and I will only go to Pacifico Ford for my service needs from now on. Paul was patient, kind and he put My stressful situation at ease. The customer service here really is top notch. Everyone has always been extremely friendly and they really provide a "better than expected" experience. I've chosen to stay with my vehicle a few times for basic services like oil changes or tire rotations and someone will always stop past to make sure I'm okay or offer to get me something. I had dropped my vehicle off for an extended appointment. Things took a little longer than expected, and it wasn't a big deal to me, but they really went above and beyond to make things right. When I went to pick it up, the gentleman who brought my car around even took it through the wash for me. Wish I could have attached his name to the review but sadly I didn't catch it. Great place, great people.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Nick Hartingh, Service Manager of Murphy Ford, who helped me tremendously, so professionally and so promptly to get my car checked and repaired without any hesitation or delay. I had a concern about my car, which I addressed to the Services department last Friday. On Monday, 04/09/18, I met with Nick explaining my concern and Nick assured me that he would take care of my concern. I left my car at the shop yesterday and I just picked it up today. I am so happy to drive my car knowing that this was taken care of!!

I've seen the advertisement for the EcoSport and went online to get more details on it. I live in SW Virginia and because I've been doing business with Family Ford for about 7 years, While visiting my family in Carlisle I called to see if Family Ford had one on their property. At that time they did not but were anticipating getting one in and would call me when it arrived. Terry, who has been my salesman each time I wanted to get another car, called me when it came in and because I was still in PA, I went to test drive it and get some questions answered. I wanted to see if they could help get another car while living in VA. and Terry was able to get the job done as far as getting VA tags and all the paperwork for VA, which required extra work on his part. Way to go Terry!
I also want to say the Service Department has been outstanding throughout the years on anything my cars have ever needed and answered all questions or concerns I've ever had.

Darin is awesome! I explained to him what I was looking for in a vehicle. He made a few suggestions and we narrowed them down. I test drove a couple of different vehicles and made my decision. After discussing numbers, Darin gave me time to think about it with zero pressure!! I ended up buying my car the next day, with no regrets! Also, the paperwork was completed in a timely manner and Joe (finance dept.) was very friendly and professional. He didn't try to pressure me into buying "extras" that I wasn't interested in.
