I had an excellent experience purchasing a new Ford Escape at Pacifico. Joe Romano, who handles internet sales, was incredibly helpful over the phone. He also sent me a fantastic detailed quote prior to going in for a test drive. My sales person Charles Freeman was also very helpful and professional throughout the entire process. From the test drive to when I drove away with my new car, he took the time to explain all my options, and was patient with me as I made my decision. The finance manager and representative, Jorge Agosto and Bernard Jones, were also wonderful to work with. I recommend this dealership in the highest possible way!

Today I stopped in to see about buying my first car with an auto loan. After 3 hours of waiting for the loan to be approved and playing phone tag with my insurance company about coverage I was finally able to drive my car off the lot. Lex Mellon was our wonderful sales person and so sweet with my 2 year old. She was amazingly helpful getting me a cheaper insurance quote and a main reason I was able to drive my car home today. She was so patient and kind. I am very happy with the level of service I received.

It all started in the service center at BOB FERRANDO. They found some issues with my old truck and I was advised not to keep putting money into it! So the search began for a used and then a new vehicle. Scott wolf was pretty patient with me during the whole process. My sales person (Angelo?) was OUTSTANDING. He wasn't pushy, listened to me when I described what I wanted and pointed me in the right direction. Making a deal on a price is not a comfortable thing for me but we were able to get to a price that worked for me on the vehicle that I wanted. Kudos to Preston and their outstanding staff!

Buying a car can be scary but with the help of their friendly and knowledgeable staff we found exactly what I needed, in my price range and even a manual transmission.
I recommend Eddie their technician, He is one of their best, very smart, trust worthy, fast and does amazing quality work. They don't cover up issues, they fix them so they don't happen again. I got this car last summer and i love it, It's everything i could have needed and more in a vehicle.
