Recently leased a new vehicle from Springfield ford. The salesman Bob Flick was fantastic. He was friendly, attentive and thorough. After a test drive I was shown all of the vehicles ins and outs and then took possession of the car. Bob told not to hesitate to call him if I have any questions or any issues arise. After much test driving at a variety of dealerships and searching on the internet, we contacted Bergey's Ford in Ambler to test drive a specific Ford Flex they had on their lot. We arrived on Labor Day and Joe Davis had the car ready for us to test drive. He fielded/answered all of our questions and provided us with ample time to test drive the car. After a private discussion between my husband and myself, we informed Joe that we would like to purchase the Ford Flex. There was a discrepancy between the internet price and the car sticker price (lower). The Dealership tried to split the difference with us which, was offensive and not acceptable. We explained to Joe that we were offended by this move and if the Dealership would not honor the sticker price we would not purchase the Flex. The Dealership agreed to the sticker price and we drove home in our ruby red Ford Flex. After a few weeks a portion of the car, side decorative panel, fell off the car and the car's communication system was malfunctioning. Needless to say we were very upset with the fact that our "certified" car was having problems so soon after we had purchased the vehicle. The dealership had attempted via letter and phone call to follow-up to make sure we were happy with our purchase and experience. We contacted Bergey's Ford to let them know in fact we weren't happy at all, in fact we were insulted and angry. Scott Burkart listened to our entire story, he acknowledged that our points were valid, he apologized for the price issue and for the car issues. Most importantly, he asked us to give them a chance to make things right because doing the right thing is very important to all of them at Bergey's Ford. When the phone conversation ended, we felt we had been heard and that Scott Burkart and Bergey's Ford do really care about their customers. Scott made sure the concern items were addressed in a timely manner and at absolutely no inconvenience to us. How Scott handled our phone conversation and making things right is exactly why I would recommend Bergey's Ford. His conversation and taking care of things really exemplified his and Bergey's Ford commitment to taking care of their customers.

Came out to PA from Winchester, Va to look at a truck at a small dealer, mislead on condition, found nice truck on Auto Trader at Apple Ford, was only a few miles away , saw it pulling on the lot, used F250, beautiful. Well taken care of . Joseph Ginnetti came out in freezing temps and wind to assist , after driving it i knew i had to have it. Seen the truck I wanted online, went in to check it out and test drove it on the coldest day of the year it seemed like anyways Rich Gartland the salesman wasn’t even fazed by the cold he even had to jump start the vehicle. I ended up leaving with the same truck like 2.5 hours later. Brandon in financing got me approved super quick and was very friendly, we even had our 6 year old daughter with us, who was quite well behaved btw. It seemed like it took them longer to clean and shine the truck up for me than the actual paperwork took to do. The truck I bought was very clean, although the next day I noticed the lock button on the door was not working. I called up there and they quickly checked it out for me then sent it to day Chevy to be repaired free of charge, which I was quite happy with. The only thing that I don’t like is that the $17,000 truck I bought had some little paint bubbles above the rear wheels on the fender which I seen when I bought it....But it seemed quite minor. Come to find out day chevy wants $2000 to fix it. 😳😱😰😡🤭🙄.......Other than that everybody was very friendly and the process was smooth!! Also free car washes can’t hate that!! Thanks Day Ford Monroeville!! It’s been REAL!
