Last Friday, I was sitting in the dealership, waiting area, waiting for my car’s brakes to be done and I thought I would look at the brand new Grand Jeep Cherokees I walked over to Phil’s desk asked him a few questions and within an hour made the decision to purchase a vehicle. Phil was not only knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions but was not your typical salesman. He made the experience so fun and relaxed that it made me feel like I’ve known him for years.

I took my car (henceforth referred to as Lu) in for a needed service on the computer. I dropped her off (a lovely person, don't know name, checked me in!) at 8am and went to Starbucks to write and wait. Dustin was amazing! He kept me informed throughout the entire morning. When they discovered that she needed tires, he was great at suggesting types and price levels for me. "She needed new shoes!" I, of course, got them! Can't let Lu walk around in old shoes. In addition, they did an oil change for me. And by 11:25am, Lu was done! She's gorgeous, runs beautifully, and has awesome looking new shoes!! Much safer for me with winter coming. Thanks so much to my favorite car dealership - and staff!! **Btw, Nezir Alic was my salesperson last summer (2023). I was going to be satisfied with a gray or black car - but Nezir found Lu in all her shiny, bright red beauty for me!!! Excellent dealership to purchase and take care of your car and your $$!

A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

He was the most professional and informative Service Manager I have ever dealt with in over 45 years. it was also amazing that when I called for him specifically, I was able to speak directly to him and he answered the phone. highly recommend! Transmission went on my vehicle 150 miles from home. Local dealer in that town wanted to charge me an additional $2300 in fees above and beyond my extended warranty. I called A& T Chevy where i bought my Tahoe. They assisted me getting the vehicle back to their shop, they replaced the transmission, provided me with a loaner vehicle, and no overcharges or extra fees. Even got me a BETTER transmission with a 3 yr 100K warranty, better than the other dealer offered. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! My thanks to their Service Team who went above and beyond.

I wrote a review a week ago as to my experience. I want to right a follow up to be fair. The previous review was exactly what happened and i would not take that down. However i want to let you know that i finally was able to speak with the General Manager. He looked into the events and immediately got back to me. He apologized and stated how it would be handled from that moment on. He did exactly what he stated he was going to do. His timelines were followed through and ultimately they replaced the torque converter and the car is running smooth at this time. I always tell my customers don't judge me on a mistake, rather judge me and my staff on how we handle the mistake. I will do the same and will state they handled it respectfully.
