Yesterday struck road debris which damaged passenger door trim panel & base weather stripping. Immediate drove to Lugoff Toyota where Michael examined & documented damage then facilitated ordering of repair parts. After part order Michael made appointment for this morning. Michael provided estimated repair cost. While waiting for repair completion Michael provided estimated completion update. Damage completely repaired… like new. Excellent from start to finish. Also, a tribute to RAV’s design/engineering that damage was not worse.

I am very pleased with my decision to fly to South Carolina and purchase my Alfa Romeo from their previously owned lot. Not only did I receive a great price on the car, but also every person I interacted with during the transaction was very professional and helpful. Shout out to Max for being on the ball and securing the vehicle for me in short order as it was not going to sit for long. He was great to work with, within minutes I had pictures and video sent to me. Salah and Kalya in Finance were both amazing in presenting me options without the slightest feeling of being pressured. Even the shuttle driver was super nice and friendly. I would 1000% recommend anyone considering this dealership to head on in without hesitation. We started looking for our car in August of 2024 and they were so acomodating, very communicative, very professional, but most importantly, very honest and upfront. We never felt like they were pushing something on us or upselling just to upsell. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle through them due to no fault of their own but due to availability of our desired vehicle. We were more upset that we weren't able to purchase with them than we were excited to get the vehicle you want!
