My sales associate, I believe her name was KK was pretty good, if she didn't know the answers she went and got them. The process took way too long! People.. if your financing have all your ducks in a row because it don't matter which your credit rating is at this dealership they will take advantage of you every chance they can! Credit rating means nothing to them! The manager that closed the deal to my wife and I his personality was as bad as the same as a warthog! He complained about his hours and he was ready to go home! It wasn't our fault that we were there for three and a half hours! What is good as credit as my wife and I have we still got screwed on the APR. And they'll try to sell you everything at the same time, warranties is what I'm speaking about don't do it! I will never ever step back into this dealership I will never ever have my truck serviced at this dealership and I would advise anybody to go anywhere else to buy a new vehicle other than D&D they are dishonest as they come! If you do go in hold on to your bill holds and just say no to everything.

We purchased a 2018 Range Rover from Land Rover Greenville. While the vehicle is used, it was represented as being in excellent condition, yet immediately after purchase it required around $5,000 in repairs. Two diagnostic codes even showed error dates from before we bought the vehicle, which is very concerning. Our sales rep, Donte, was not very knowledgeable and couldn’t answer many of our questions. During the test drive, he acknowledged the parking sensors were not working but suggested it was likely a settings issue. That turned out to be incorrect, and the parking sensors are now one of the more expensive repairs. Overall, we often felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We initially purchased a warranty and later canceled it, but the process was poorly handled and required redoing financing paperwork. It took over a week and a half of follow-ups, and lack of communication delayed our registration and license plate. The finance manager was unprofessional, including cursing and making a derogatory comment about our salesperson, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The only positive experience was working with Quintina Clemmons, who was professional, helpful, and excellent to work with. This was not the experience we expected when purchasing a luxury vehicle, and the immediate repair costs and poor service left us with little confidence in our purchase.

Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. It was not the dealerships fault but they assumed ownership of the issue and had the dealerships detailer Tyreece do a wonderful job removing the overspray and detailing the truck so it was spotless! Jessica stayed on top of the issue ensuring I was taken care of! Shout out to sales manger Mike for also taking care of my issue and not just brushing it under the table! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!
