Bennetsville Ford is one of the best places I have dealt with in a long time. My truck stopped running on Hwy 38. I called and talked to service dept at about 3:45. They had a tow truck to me within 15 minutes. Back at shop had to keep truck to work on it. Service lady helped me get Uber to get home. She went over and beyond. Since I didn’t have uber acct and it was 5:00 then. Can’t tell you how much I appreciate all the did for me. Even checked my cooler and refrigerated my insulin. I can tell you that type of service is very rare and it didn’t go unnoticed! Thank everyone there!!

Though I loved working with my salesperson, I have been very disappointed in Kia Country. The air conditioning in my new 2025 Niro does not work. I was told that a part would have to be ordered and that I would be contacted when the part arrived. Kia never called. After ten days, I called and was told it had arrived seven days earlier. Then I was told I would have to wait one month to get the part installed. When I complained, I was told I could drop off my car and borrow a loaner so that my car could get fixed more quickly. It's been three weeks, and no one has called. When I called today, they said they'd get right back to me with a date of completion. It's been hours and still no call.

We started looking for our car in August of 2024 and they were so acomodating, very communicative, very professional, but most importantly, very honest and upfront. We never felt like they were pushing something on us or upselling just to upsell. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle through them due to no fault of their own but due to availability of our desired vehicle. We were more upset that we weren't able to purchase with them than we were excited to get the vehicle you want!
