We can't remember the gentlemen's name who greeted us when pulling into the service area. He was very cordial. He left us even more reassured we made the right decision to purchase a BMW. Very pleased at how this dealership handled our purchase of our new Chevrolet. Our sales associate, Trey was exceptional. No pressure, no gimmicks just excited to have us as a customer and very down to earth. Communication with him was easy and again, NO Pressure sales. He worked with us and we appreciated his taking the time he did. Chris and Ben who were the sales managers throughout our deal and purchase were great as well and very personable. Though I loved working with my salesperson, I have been very disappointed in Kia Country. The air conditioning in my new 2025 Niro does not work. I was told that a part would have to be ordered and that I would be contacted when the part arrived. Kia never called. After ten days, I called and was told it had arrived seven days earlier. Then I was told I would have to wait one month to get the part installed. When I complained, I was told I could drop off my car and borrow a loaner so that my car could get fixed more quickly. It's been three weeks, and no one has called. When I called today, they said they'd get right back to me with a date of completion. It's been hours and still no call.

We have been working with Steven and Chase at Lexus of Greenville and we can not recommend them more highly. We started looking for our car in August of 2024 and they were so acomodating, very communicative, very professional, but most importantly, very honest and upfront. We never felt like they were pushing something on us or upselling just to upsell. We did not end up purchasing a vehicle through them due to no fault of their own but due to availability of our desired vehicle. We were more upset that we weren't able to purchase with them than we were excited to get the vehicle you want! We would without a doubt recommend working with Steven and Chase and just wish them the best!

They kept us up to date every step of the way. We were able to do paperwork ahead of time to save time at the dealership. Haley was our first point of contact, with Internet Sales. Then we met DJ, our sales person... Who is an AWESOME, friendly, down to earth guy... then on to Thomas in finance. THIS TEAM KILLED IT and we appreciate it!
