we don’t care about the Better Business reviews they had an F on their own review system until I pointed it out to them and then they removed it. Better Business Bureau is a scam. We’ve sold over 1000 cars and had very few complaints were very upfront about anything we know vehicles are made by man not by God every one I’m gonna break. That’s why the new car manufacturers put a warranty on them.

Out of all the different brands I have owned, Nicole, at Rick Hendrick BMW, is solely responsible for me wanting to continue to drive a BMW. There is nothing more frustrating than purchasing an expensive car and consistently receiving poor service. Well Nicole has restored my faith in the service industry and I will never own a different brand. We purchased a 2018 Range Rover from Land Rover Greenville. While the vehicle is used, it was represented as being in excellent condition, yet immediately after purchase it required around $5,000 in repairs. Two diagnostic codes even showed error dates from before we bought the vehicle, which is very concerning. Our sales rep, Donte, was not very knowledgeable and couldn’t answer many of our questions. During the test drive, he acknowledged the parking sensors were not working but suggested it was likely a settings issue. That turned out to be incorrect, and the parking sensors are now one of the more expensive repairs. Overall, we often felt like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. We initially purchased a warranty and later canceled it, but the process was poorly handled and required redoing financing paperwork. It took over a week and a half of follow-ups, and lack of communication delayed our registration and license plate. The finance manager was unprofessional, including cursing and making a derogatory comment about our salesperson, which was uncomfortable and inappropriate. The only positive experience was working with Quintina Clemmons, who was professional, helpful, and excellent to work with. This was not the experience we expected when purchasing a luxury vehicle, and the immediate repair costs and poor service left us with little confidence in our purchase.

Took my 21 F 150 Powerboost in for warranty service on transmission. Transmission was shifting harsh and missing shifts. They kept the truck nearly two weeks and claimed to have changed the valve body controller and transmission fluid. If anything, it drives worse now than it did before. I told the service advisor - Judy about the poor service. She apologized and told me the service manager would contact me. I never got a call back. I bought an extended warranty with the truck that requires I take it to them for service. I live in Florence and it is an hour trip up there and back so not very convenient. I don't recommend anyone buy their extended warranty because if limits where you can get warranty work.

Awesome experience buying my 2026 Ram! My sales person Jessica Hajek was very friendly and professional in my dealings with her. Jessica kept in constant contact via text and phones calls answering my many questions. She negotiated a great deal for me! The dealer ship had a 3 rd party company spray in a bed-liner and unfortunately that process covered the truck in overspray. It was not the dealerships fault but they assumed ownership of the issue and had the dealerships detailer Tyreece do a wonderful job removing the overspray and detailing the truck so it was spotless! Jessica stayed on top of the issue ensuring I was taken care of! Shout out to sales manger Mike for also taking care of my issue and not just brushing it under the table! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!!
