Him and some of the other representative of dodge Payne dealership in Weslaco got us everything we were needing and at the payment we were looking for .. they took us through the whole process understanding we needed to be done by a certain time.. they did exactly what we needed and had us out with time to spare. Despite multiples attempts to contact them, I've been met with silence. I hope the management takes my complaints seriously and takes necessary actions. Should've taken my business elsewhere.

What a great dealership! The service department is as spotless as the gleaming showroom. Anthony in sales id personable and knowledgeable. Easy negotiation without endless trips to the manager. No pressure to buy high priced warranties, insurance, and protection packages. No pressure to use their finance. I had a minor problem with my Jeep, but Sales Manager, Jim Villcheck took care of it in short order. If you expect to be treated with respect as a valued customer, Crenwelge is the place to buy.
