I stopped at this dealer ship on my way back to Michigan to have them do a force regeneration on my 2017 F250. They completed the service and then called me out to my truck to tell me I had a small rear differential leak but said they topped it off and I would be able to make it home. Eight hours later I’m sitting on the side of the highway with my differential blown to pieces. Now Im stranded outside of Oklahoma City at 10pm. Fast forward to Monday and I get a call and text from Whiteface ford that they have my differential plug and wanted to know if they wanted me to have them mail it to me. I called them and told them about the catastrophic failure with my rear differential. They said they would get back to me and let me know what they would do. Total cost to fix my truck was over 12k. Now they won’t answer my calls and no one will call me back. I’m not looking for much but you would think they would at least refund the service charge for the work they did on my truck of 420.00 and pay the 600.00 towing charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware if you use them for service on your vehicle. They made a catastrophic mistake and won’t take responsibility for it. I have the voice mail and the text from their employee saying they have my differential plug. I was just asking for them to do the right thing and they won’t even respond to me. How shameful.

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

Below is a summary of my experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Nissan of Victoria. While the sales process itself was positive, the post-sale experience has been extremely disappointing, which is the primary reason for this one-star rating. Sales Experience My salesperson, Jorge Gonzalez, was responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the purchasing process. He communicated clearly, answered my questions and was able to work out a deal that met my needs. I have no complaints regarding the actual sale, and based solely on the buying experience, I would recommend Jorge as your salesperson. After-Sale Communication Once the sale was finalized, communication declined. Messages frequently went unanswered. Jorge mentioned that I often called while he was assisting other customers, which I understand. However, there was little to no follow-up afterward. To his credit, he did eventually respond when I repeatedly followed up, so some effort was made. Still, compared to the level of responsiveness before and during the sale, the drop-off was significant. Post-Purchase Follow-Up Shelby Parker, the sales assistant, initially reached out via email to check in, which I appreciated. However, the outreach felt more like a “check-the-box” email rather than a genuine attempt to resolve any issues because after I replied multiple times with specific concern, I never received a single response. Vehicle Registration / Windshield Sticker: Nadia This has been by far the most frustrating aspect of the entire experience. Nadia, who handles vehicle registration and/or windshield stickers (according to the receptionist and Jorge), has never returned any of my calls. My vehicle was purchased on September 10th, and it has been over 3 months without a windshield sticker or confirmation that my vehicle has been registered. I was told by Jorge and the receptionist that she would call me back. That call never came. There was no follow through, no explanation for the delay, and no effort to resolve the issue. Each time I contacted the dealership, I was met with the same vague reassurances, yet nothing was actually done. This is not a minor inconvenience, it is a basic legal requirement and a fundamental responsibility of the dealership. The complete absence of communication, ownership, and accountability on Nadia’s part has made this process unnecessarily stressful and time consuming. Final Thoughts I would recommend Jorge Gonzalez if you looked for a good sales experience. However, be aware that the after-sale service at Nissan of Victoria is severely lacking. Once the paperwork is signed, follow-up and accountability disappear. If you choose to do business here, be prepared to chase down basic post-purchase items yourself, as you may never receive your windshield sticker or have your vehicle registration completed in a timely manner. Note to the dealership Please do not respond to this review with a message such as “please contact us so we can further assist you.” I have already done all that with no resolution. What I am looking for is not another request to reach out, but action. I want my vehicle properly registered, and I want my windshield sticker issued. These are basic post-sale responsibilities that should not take over three months to complete.

I will say that the wait was too long - no amount of free drinks and snacks can fix that, but James was professional yet friendly, and he was knowledgeable and took the time to show us many of the features on the pre-owned vehicle that we test drove. He also kept in touch with us over the next few days and let us know of other vehicles were available. Unfortunately they did not have what we were looking for in the time frame we had, and the finance people didn't seem to care if the sale was made, so we purchased elsewhere. We would still recommend James in Sales, but I'm not so sure about the rest.

This is actually violates consumer protection laws, and when I informed them of this fact, they refused to sell me the vehicle. I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Shop somewhere else that has more honest business practices. Management should be ashamed, pushing their sales team to scam people.

Found a great deal online on a 2025 Colorado work truck with less than 500miles. Price listed online was $30,400 so we reached out to make sure the deal wasn’t a mistake before driving three hours. Salesmen assured us the price listed online was correct and we could possibly get a better deal once in person. Drove up and the first red flag is they sit you out in the open in a food court style lobby and take your license to the back. Next they have the poor salesman walk back to the finance manager who decides it’s good business to jack up the price to $34,000. We just drove three hours so understandably we were not happy about the bait and switch. Finance manager spoke to us like we were too stupid to understand so we left. If you can’t sell a car for what you list it online be honest and post the actual price.
