I called early last week, spoke to the service department, asked if parking sensors could be added to my Ridgeline, and if so, what the cost would be. I was told that the parts department would give me that information, so I was transferred there. They confirmed that they can be installed, told me the parts cost would be $287. I asked for the total cost, I was told the service department would provide that, so I was transferred back to the service department. The advisor there said $550 for everything, so I asked them to place the order, and I was told that the parts department would have to do that. I never was called, so I called and they got me scheduled. I arrived before the scheduled time, asked for a ride home, and I was told that the person that does that, had not arrived yet. No problem, since it was a little before 8AM. By 8:30, I was told that the person who does the shuttle, was at the dentist, and it would most likely be another half hour. I conveyed I had meetings to attend and stuff to do for work, and half an hour later, another person came to give me a ride. At 11AM, the service department calls me, to ensure I am on the same page for labor, and I was informed just the labor would be $687. That combined with the parts cost, would be around $1050 with tax, double what I was quoted, which is not in my budget. I told my advisor that when I called, I repeatedly asked for the total cost, so he went to his manager, and they decided to honor the $550. A couple hours after that call, I was called again by the service department, informed that all of the parts were not ordered for the parking sensors, and as a result, it will be the next day before it’s ready. I called at the end of the next day, spoke with my advisor, and I was told “due to the after market sound system, they’ve had issues getting the sensors installed, and if they would have known that, they would have charged more for the job.” I asked why, and he said that the sensor system has to be wired into the speakers of the truck, so the audible tone can be played on the speakers. If someone had taken the time to explain the install process, when I initially called, I would have been more than happy to convey about the speakers. Fast forward to picking up my vehicle, I get a different service advisor, and he told me that the cost is $941. I explained once again, that I had called and repeatedly asked for the total cost, to which he informed me that was the labor only, so he brought the “manager” over, who I believe is Edward Thomson. He explained that he was the original person I spoke with, and the $550 is only labor. I then asked, “so, if someone calls and asks for the total cost on something, there is no one at this dealership that a customer can talk to, to get this information?”, to which he replied “no.” He sat at his computer for a few minutes, then said “with a 10% discount, your total is $860”. I explained once again that when I called to ask for the total cost, I was told it was $550, and then when Sky called and I explained the same thing, $550 was the answer. I explained to Edward that there was far too much miscommunication that happened, the experience was not ideal by any means, to which he scoffed and sneered, then said, “clearly….on both sides….”. I was so frustrated at this point, I told him he has two options: 1 - I pay $550 total and I leave, or 2 - he can take the system out and replace the back bumper, since it now has holes in it. He grumbled a little bit, then got the total invoice price down to $547. I cannot give high enough ratings for the excellent service that I received from the sales team. I first spoke with Jasen Vann on the phone, and he was very professional and explained pricing and extras and answered all the questions I had. I asked him for a quote on the vehicle that I had chosen online, and he sent it right away. Right after this, I had an unpleasant experience with another Nissan dealership. The salesperson from that group sent me a quote, and I went to the dealership planning to purchase it. Their sales manager would not honor the quote that the salesman had given me. He would not even look at it. So I called Jasen back and told him what had happened. He put his sales manager, Alfonso Gutierrez on the phone, and Mr. Gutierrez assured me that he would honor the quote and that Mossy did not treat customers that way. I had previously worked for a company that leased cars from Mossy, and we always had excellent service and relationships with them. So I went to Mossy, met with Jasen, and closed the deal on the same day. All the employees made me feel very comfortable; there was no hard sell. It was a very pleasant experience, and now whenever I plan to purchase a car, either new or used, Mossy is the first place I will go, and I will recommend the dealership highly to anyone looking for a new car. Jasen continues to be in touch with me via e-mail to let me know opportunities that I have with Mossy Nissan. I couldn't give a better review. Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. - Very disappointed customer

Had an oil change on June 4, 2024. Started seeing fluid on the ground whenever I parked the vehicle. Had my husband look at it and discovered oil was leaking on the ground. Tried to get service appt this past Fri and Sat but the message stated the service dept was closed. Needless to say I had to get the vehicle checked out and found out the the gasket was not tightened after the last oil change. Had to get a new oil change and thank goodness for that dealership’s expertise in analyzing and fixing the careless error of Tejas service department. Will never go back to Tejas now renamed Space City! Very costly error

Bait and switch. Disclosed a 3000 charge for some cieramic coating in a 2016 GMC Denali that I bought with damage on the rear bumper. They had to figure out a oil leak so I didn't pick up the paperwork until 3 days later and they gave it to me in a envelope in which I just put in the glove box. Dug it out a couple of weeks later to look at the invoice and that's when I saw things didn't add up. Called the dealership and spoke to new GM, he told me that everyone that was there when I purchased the 8 year old truck has been fired. Nothing he can do about getting me back that bogus 3k charge. I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals off ice and the BBB. Beware of this place. Thanks

What a joke this place is! My husband and I visited after seeing a lightly used SUV listed online. Once we saw it in person, we quickly realized it wouldn’t suit our needs, so we browsed the lot and found another vehicle that caught our interest. That’s when things went downhill. When we started negotiating, they came back with completely outrageous numbers — I’m talking about monthly payments nearly $300 more than what we ultimately got at another dealership. Their online pricing is incredibly misleading and feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. After wasting hours dealing with nonsense and dishonesty, we walked away. Thankfully, we found an amazing deal on a better car in San Marcos. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Hedi for years, and he is truly the most wonderful salesman I have ever met. His professionalism, kindness, and honesty are the reason I keep coming back. Unfortunately, my last visit was shocking. When I arrived, Hedi welcomed me warmly greeted me as always. Out of nowhere, a salesman Jonathan ran toward me, grabbed my hand, and said, “I will help you.” He tried to force himself into the sale, even after I clearly told him, “I’m with Hedi, and this behavior is not right. I will speak to the manager about you.” He laughed in my face. I’ve never experienced such unprofessional, pushy, and downright rude behavior at a dealership before. If it weren’t for Hedi calming me down, I would have immediately gone to the manager. The presence of people like Jonathan will seriously damage the reputation of this business.

It was received and answered timely, with a courtesy call from DEMARIO TAYLOR! WOW!!! I let him know I would be there after 2pm. He made a follow up call 15mins prior we confirmed we were still on. What a GREAT HUMAN BEING. Demario was as kind, receptive, informative, helpful, courteous, competent, knowledgeable, proficient, not pushy at all,(key) on the phone as he was in person. It was like working with a friend to meet a common goal. And I left with exactly what I needed, and asked for.
