I recently purchased a car from Rosen Hyundai of Kenosha and was blown away by how helpful and professional all of the employees are. They were very accommodating and patient as I test drove a few cars before deciding on the one I wanted. Peter Pawlak was very professional sales person helped me choose the car that meets my needs. He also speaks my language, it was very convenient for me. All of the cars were super clean and I could not be happier with my purchase. Omar, Eric and Tony were awesome to work with!! I came from to look at the Mercedes and it was my first big car purchase. I always drove Honda but wanted something more luxury. I noticed online ENE Motors had a big selection of luxury cars and imports so if I wanted to upgrade to another Honda Pilot they had one. Well after I told them what I was looking for they had me drive one of the 2018 Mercedes-Benz GLS 550 they had, during the test drive I knew that I wanted it. When I got back they started they had already appraised my trade and we went into the office to get financing. I was very happy with the rate and terms. They made sure everything went smooth and did everything so I could take care of purchase and trade in all in one trip. Thanks guys...I love my Mercedes GLS!!!

We would purchase from this dealer again. The only negative was the detailing department closed at 5, so we did not get a final detail. We had a great experience with our salesperson, Christina Kemp! Everything started out very well..... we were traveling 200 miles on a Saturday to test drive and purchase car on same day, and that did happen. Upon leaving we were handed the 2nd key fob. Later that evening finding that it did not open the car. And on opening the 'emergency key there were No groves cut in the key therefore the car would not open, as this makes sense. We contacted our sales representative, Angel who was very helpful and we had he would have a new 'entry Key' cut and mailed. In the meantime we purchase a new battery to see if this would help the fob, and no it didn't. A week later the key cut key arrived. We contacted Amery Chev. again regarding the fob and they said we could drive our car back to them, 200 miles one way, or go to our nearest Chev.dealer. Our hometown dealer said if the key had to be originally programmed to the car it would be an out of pocket cost to us. I discussed this with Amery and they said yes this is correct. I asked them if they would pay the local dealer and they would not, it would be an out of pocket cost to us. That the manager would not 'bend on this one', drive car back or pay out of pocket. We are very disappointed that we were given a defaulted key Fob and they would not go good on the product at their cost to accommodate their fault. Again, Angel the salesman did everything he could to help us on the day of the purchase and now. I would recommend him at anytime ! He gets a 5 Star rating. The dealer, well not so......... Car had a dent right above right rear wheel when I bought - jw10283

Car had a dent right above right rear wheel when I bought it, I figured no big deal its a used car. Come to find out the strut on that side is bent and the alignment is all messed up. The refuse to do anything because it's been 3 months. The only dent is the one when I bought it and multiple sources said you would get a dent with that hard of a hit. Therefore the damage was there at purchase and they either missed it on inspection or knowingly sold it like that. Regardless I would highly discourage from buying from them, they clearly don't stand behind their vehicles.

Went there to check out a vehicle they had listed on their website. Turns out all of their vehicles have this scam interior and exterior protection package added. They can't remove it because it's already been "applied" and thus they add $1,000 on to the asking price. This is a common dealer scam, do not pay for that. Vote with your feet and go somewhere else. Shady is as shady does.

This this is one of the worst dealerships I have ever heard of, especially their service department which apparently is known for misleading overcharging, lying and completely disregarding customers complaints and needs. We are about to go to channel 6 on your program to report. My son's car has been there for going on 5 weeks for the small thing of getting motor mounts replaced which should have been on the dealership because they just replaced this engine a year and a half ago and two mechanics said that it was in staller issue' just a horrible place to deal with.

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.

I actually checked on a 2018 Sportage online with Roxanna. Unfortunately today when I was able to get there Roxanna wasn't working but Shjonna was able to help me & I did purchase the Sportage. Shjonna was very friendly & I found out she's a cat lover. I have dealt with Ewald for years & I previously had a 2009 Chebrolet Cobalt which I traded in today for the Sportage. I would recommend either of these ladies.
