Worst experience I have had buying a used vehicle that had issues with no resolve from them. Truck I bought said it had heated seats. The week after buying it I used heated seats and the back of the seat worked and not the seat. I took it back in to be checked out and said element is bad. You bought as is we’re not fixing it. I was not told they didn't work. I asked about the brakes and was told they went through them. I came home after work one day and seen smoke coming off drivers front wheel. I only put 2500 miles on it. Told salesperson about it and nothing. It cost me $800 to fix front brakes. I asked about the spare key and fob before buying and was told they would contact previous owner. I never received call back so I called and was told I couldn't contact them. It cost me $400 for those. Noticed 3 weeks ago when finally wife and I went somewhere the passengers doors don't lock. They don't lock when put into drive either. Now that is also my problem. They say certified pre-owned. I say xxxxxxxx. I will not buy a used vehicle from them again and recommend no one should.

I actually checked on a 2018 Sportage online with Roxanna. Unfortunately today when I was able to get there Roxanna wasn't working but Shjonna was able to help me & I did purchase the Sportage. Shjonna was very friendly & I found out she's a cat lover. I have dealt with Ewald for years & I previously had a 2009 Chebrolet Cobalt which I traded in today for the Sportage. I would recommend either of these ladies.

Brakes on my F-350 got wonky at the beginning of my 1000 mi white-knuckle drive to Madison. I took it in to Kayser Heavy Truck service on 8/5/24, not expecting them to be able to get it into the shop anytime soon. Not only did I get a diagnosis right away, but they were nice enough to fit it into their schedule and begin repairs immediately. I also took the opportunity to have them replace the front tires and perform an alignment. Everyone I interacted with was professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. I don’t know everyone’s name but as a team, they had me on the road the next day. Shoutout to Jeremy for not only repairing my brakes and replacing tires; he also eliminated a slow leak in another tire that had confounded two other shops in the past. Experience matters! In short, the Kayser Heavy Truck service department got the job done right and fast, and at a reasonable cost. Highly Recommended!

This would be a zero rating if i could. Last week I contacted them about a truck they had for sale. We got all the way down to the point where we had an agreed upon price. I told them on Friday at 3:17 in the afternoon that my wife and I will talk it over and let them know. I got back to them on Saturday and told them we would take it. I then got an email from Delaney Pierce, their "business manager" stating that they had two test drives they needed to honor which shocked me. I wrote back to her and told her i will send a down payment now. She did not respond so i called her back. She stated that she must honor the test drives scheduled for today. That is total hogwash. I had the offer and I was wanting to put down my deposit before any test drives. I have purchased over 30 vehicles in my life and never had a more downer experience. One would think, the test drivers would of been told it was sold. I asked a local dealer and he said that they probably had a family member or "Pillar of the community" interested. Delaney also was rude on the phone and lied to me several times, the first being that we had been in contact for several weeks about the truck, which we were not, it wasn't even a week. She also stated that these people were local and i was from out of town..to which i responded, "what does that matter?" My wife and I ended up taking Friday off to come and pick up the truck and they knew that. If you are from out of town, stay away from this dealership. If i would of read all the reviews sooner, I would not have contacted them at all. Live and learn. MIke

I took my Highlander in to get the oil changed and the - Neither the great

I took my Highlander in to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. They called me at 11:30 20 AM the next day said it was finished but they didn’t change the oil. They don’t wash the car and they don’t reset the maintenance required so then I got mad. I checked the oil they don’t change the oil so then I had to take it somewhere else and change the oil. The oil was dirty. All they did was rotate the tires and that’s it and charge me $120. I used a coupon otherwise I really would’ve got screwed.

This is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with in over 35 years of buying vehicles (and over 25 vehicles). The only reason I made the purchase is they had the exact car I wanted. But their service is horrific. Every time we make an appointment and even confirmed the service - they fail to deliver. Either they do not have the appointment in their system, or they continually reschedule. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS! Gordie Boucher Ford of West Bend is close by and FAR better.

Scheduled a first service appointment for our new Honda Passport. Tried to schedule the appointment online, but never received a confirmation. I called a couple of days later, and they said they had no record of the appointment. Fast-forward to the day of our ‘by phone’ scheduled appointment. My wife was on her way through Stevens Point on other business. She checked in on time. She was told the oil change couldn’t be done because their computers were down. How weak is that excuse? Think outside the box? You couldn’t find one of those outdated multi-copy repair orders? No pens? Does the technician lose the ability to perform an oil change because the computers are ‘down’? We live 30 miles away. Give me a break? not a free car wash.
