I would recommend speaking to your customers on the phone at least once for report. Communication only by text creates opportunities for problems. As a culture however, it was a good dealership to work with. and the Brandon was patient, made it easy, and had excellent customer service. Spending on a big ticket item deserves a baseline curiosity and customer service skills Beyond technolog; "people" skills never go out of style. Thank you

We had the car delivered by the dealership and really thought it might take two weeks to be delivered as we live in Georgia. Imagine our excitement when after only a couple of days after the paperwork, the car arrived as promised with the appropriate paperwork in our driveway! What a blessing! Vehicle still has noise during starting. I pointed this out at onset of service. Service could not explain what was origin of noise. The clatter noise is still there. I fear I will have trouble with the starter in the future, at the most inopportune time.

You guys made it possible for me to get my brand new beautiful 2018 CHEVY MALIBU even when I thought it wasn’t Possible. I have dealt with a few dealerships and a sales person in the past but BULL MOTOR COMPANY and SARAH HICKS was THE BEST OF ALL. They gave me the car of my dreams with a payment I could afford. Drove a hour to get to this place to see and hopefully buy a car. The salesman that we spoke with on the phone was in the building but would not come out and speak with us. Instead another salesman did. To top it off the car that was overpriced we was looking at had no AC when we test drove and the sunroof did not work. Would not recommend this place.

I know from Jamie Cobb to Lance, to Justin in sales and Stan and Darryl in Service, there is not a better group to assist you or take care of a problem if it occurs. Does everything always go perfect? No, but they will make sure it is corrected. Always remember, your attitude does reflect in the cooperation you get. Be respectful, professional, and factual, and they are better than any other around. Wouldn't think of buying or servicing anywhere else.

Extremely rude service. First they emailed us using AI, which is extremely insulting. That's a deal breaker. Then I asked them to stop, and Josh Owen sent me a rude, profanity filled email. Do not shop at this dealership. Worst place ever.
