I have been purchasing or leasing vehicles for 35 years and will be purchasing from Gettel for the next 35 years! 4 yrs ago I purchased a GV70 from Gettel and had a wonderful experience both from a sales aspect as well as servicing the vehicle for 4 yrs. All of that is what brought me back to purchase a 2025 GV70 a few days ago. I decided to go from my advanced package and bought a 2.5T sports prestige. After driving it 24 hours, I knew I was unhappy. I immediately called Lucio and told him I wanted to return the car for a GV70 2.5T advanced package. He called me back (he was off that day!) That is when even more magic happened. They not only honored their 3 day buyers exchange program, they made sure I got my #1 choice of color even though they didn’t have it in stock. Dean, Raphael and Lucio literally moved heaven and earth to find the exact vehicle I wanted…going all the way to Miami! Even Steven in finance made unwinding and winding of the paperwork, etc a very easy experience. Honestly, if you are looking to purchase or lease a Genesis, make the first best decision for yourself and go to Gettel of SARASOTA…even if you live in Lakewood Ranch…go to Genesis Sarasota. I have had many positive and negative buying experiences at dealerships over the last 35 years, but never have I had one so authentic than at Genesis Sarasota, even after I wanted to exchange the new GV70 for a different package after driving it for a day! The icing on the cake was they never gave up and found the color combination that was my first choice and I wanted 4 years ago, but wasn’t available. Now I can’t wait to have this vehicle serviced at their new location this summer! I can’t thank Dean, Raphael, Lucio and Steven enough!!

We drove into this dealership out of curiosity. We had never tested the genesis or even looked at it. However, we left with a new GV 80. Leo was amazing from the time we saw his smiling face as we entered the dealership to the big hug I got when we left. Leo is very personable, knowledgeable, and available. If you are looking for a new or used Genesis, look him up. You won’t be sorry.

Did our homework on multiple makes, models, and dealerships and eventually landed on the Genesis GV70 because (1) the fully-loaded Prestige package is a great price compared to similar size and features from Mercedes, BMW, or Acura, and (2) it was in stock (given the 2021 shortages on chips). Went in and met sales person Tony Wilson, a great, hard working, enthusiastic soul with good character. Highly recommend Tony and the Napleton West Palm Beach dealership. The separate service team is also proactive to make sure they schedule time to go over all the massive amount of tech built into the Prestige package. Thanks all. Enjoying the new ride tremendously.

Our experience with Genesis service at Crown St Pete is pathetic at best. We bought a new Genesis GV80 Coupe several months ago. After 3,500 miles we felt the need to get its first service including oil change, tire rotation and a couple of quirky reactions to check. The car has been there a full week. We cannot get our Service Coordinator to return calls or text messages. You cannot call there for service and talk to anyone, only messages to leave. We cannot get a response after 7 days for a new $82,000 car. We were warned by multiple people not to buy Genesis and not to deal with Crown. We should have listened. The reviews they list on their website must be fictitious. Genesis and Hyundai are wrong to continue with Crown. We have 3 friends who bought Genesis cars and due to Crown’s service, got rid of their Genesis vehicles.

I have visited this dealer on multiple occasions since I have always owned a Hyundai and have had curiosity when new models come out. On all my visits, every single salesperson would work against me. Mr. Oscar Torres has been the only salesperson to provided me with a great deal at a price I wanted to pay. Buying a car at the dealer is a terrifying experience for some but it moves effortlessly when you have a salesman like Mr. Torres on your side.

He’s one of the most courteous and helpful service support people I’ve ever dealt with. Mark knew more about the car then the dealership I purchased from.

It's too bad there aren't pans as well as stars - for negative ratings because if there were, Rick Case Genesis would get 5 pans. Masters of bait and switch. I had an appointment to see a particular advertised. After several confirmations by text and personal phone calls and 45 miles from my home on I-95, a dreadful ride, 20 minutes after my arrival I was informed the car "was sold yesterday". I had told Justin, the appointment rep the day before that I was prepared to buy the car. He even called me when I was driving there to see if I was on my way. When the salesman took me to talk to the manager to register my discontent, the unsympathetic manager immediately tried to get me into a lease, something that doesn't make sense for me. All they did and wanted to do was to lure me there to make any kind of sale. I don't know if the car was sold the day before, a day earlier than that or if there was ever anything as they advertised. I would have to be extremely desperate to ever go to or talk to anyone at that dealership again. This is the behaviour and treatment that causes people to hate car dealership.

Service dept. is deplorable , unprofessional and lack communication skills.My car was there for 2 weeks and 1 day when it was only suppose to be there no more than 2 days. They don't offer the GENEAIS EXPERIENCE. They provided a loaner car that eas filthy inside.
