I didn't feel as though my time was important to my sales - Andrea
I didn't feel as though my time was important to my sales person. There were several times I was just left sitting. No explanation. I told them several times I had an appointment to get to. I was able to push the appointment twice but when they took my car to be evaluated for trade in, I told them I had a hard time I had to leave (if they couldn't do it in that period of time they should have told me, I told them I could come back). By the time I got my car back, I raced to my appointment and missed my contractor. When I came back to the dealership to finish up the paperwork I asked if I was going to be able to take the car that day. The sales person snapped at me that of course I would take it home that day. I had told him several time during the day that I had never financed a car (always paid cash in the past) and did not know the process. When I finally got out of there after 5pm, I didn't even get out of the lot before the check engine light came on. They took the car to service and told me it was fixed. They put in a new battery. I headed home. I live eight miles away. I didn't make it home before the check engine light was on again. I called the sales person, he put me on hold, I'm not sure if he hung up on me on purpose or accidently but he didn't call me back. I returned the next day and was told it would be 5 minutes...well multiple hours later with almost no updates (I was just left sitting....a bottle of water would have been nice....anything). I was given the third diagnosis and told they would have to keep it. When I did get a call that it was ready, I was out of town so went to pick it up Monday morning. Well, it wasn't ready....more hours waiting. I wish I could undo this whole thing. A shout out to Gerardo who was very kind and helpful, even after the transaction. Also, the front desk women were very nice. I know a Trax isn't the most expensive car on the lot (probably the cheapest) but that was a lot of money to me.
