Even after reading the negative reviews that described the sales person as rude, I went to look at a specific truck. Within seconds of my trying to describe the vehicle by make, model, year and VIN, so he could look it up, he demanded to know the color. I didn't know it, which escalated his rudeness. He's sitting at his computer saying he doesn't know what car I'm describing. Imagine, I didn't get through identifying the vehicle before he started. I told him we were done, that the reviews I'd read were right and walked out. He pursued me and found my wife who had found vehicle in question. I told my wife we're leaving. Naturally she was confused. It only took a few seconds for her confusion to end. He actually stepped in front of her as she made her way, going around him, to me and our car.

A majority of vehicles they sell come from Canada. This voids any factory warranty you think you may have on late model low mileage vehicle you buy. As an example if you buy a 2018 car with 16000 miles and it normally has a 3yr/36k factory bumper to bumper warranty and 5yr/60k powertrain warranty they are VOID if the car comes from Canada.

Not a good place to shop for a car. Said I needed a co-signer with no down payment. Went back and the salesman, Lee, was very cold and unprofessional. It was like I was disturbing him. Took him 20 to 25 minutes to find the car I wanted. He said I needed 550 for a downpayment which meant 2 months payment up front. Terrible place, stay away

The dealership is a great one to go to because they don't pressure you into buying one particular vehicle., the salesman let me look at several vehicles and then let me decide which one I wanted. They then gave me a reasonable trade in for my car. They were excellent to do business with. I would highly recommend this dealership to famil and friends.

One this I noticed is that there are two dealerships with “Route 138” in the title. I’m referring to Route 138 Motor Car Company. The owner is on WATD radio every Friday morning. *****There is a different one that sounds similar but they are NOT related. This is important to point out. As I’m noticing some of these reviews here are for the other dealer which I know nothing about. The frame rotted out of my 3rd Gen SR5 4Runner and I was having a really hard time letting it go. They got me into a great suv with car payments less than my monthly car insurance. The staff is amazing. I’m almost done paying off my suv and then we’re heading back to purchase another one from this great place, for a second car for our family. This is the 1st dealership that has treated like a person and not a sale. I’ve been burned by the last 2 dealerships before this one that I had purchased. This was an amazing experience.

We were looking for a preowned BMW with options that are a little hard to find, so ended up traveling to Central Motor Sales since they were one of two dealerships in the state that had the car in stock. We first drove by when they were closed, and liked the appearance of the dealership, as well as the peek we had at the car. We came back the next weekend and bought it. It was hands down the best experience that we've had at a dealership -- no pressure, no haggling, just a good deal on a super nice car. We will start our search at CMS next time we're in the market. Until then, we'll keep sending our friends and family down to check them out.

Russ and Luke were great in helping her purchase the car that she always wanted. You read about dealerships all of the time,and how their customer service is great,but these guys are the real deal. They are very honest and up front and that is all you can ask. My daughter is very happy, and my wife and I would have no problem buying a car from Uxbridge Auto.

My daughter found a car she wanted to check out at Wakefield Auto Gallery. We live in Maine and I really didn’t want to go that far, but she was having trouble finding what she wanted. Her and I went down and I was surprised to see how many nice cars they had! She ended up getting the car, and at the same time I was thinking to trade my Pilot in. We looked on their website and found a car I really liked and ended up trading mine in and getting it. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because my daughter had trouble with her car and the mechanic(s) couldn’t find anything. My husband was persistent and then they found the problem and fixed it. All was good then. The salesmen are very nice and not pushy, which is something we appreciated.

I only had the truck 3 weeks and had an accident. Had the truck towed to Bert, and had it back in 2 weeks. Insurance took a week to send adjuster, so they fixed it in a week. One small oil leak developed and I brought it back. They put it on the lift right away, found the problem, and I had it back first thing the next day. I will be buying a second vehicle from him soon... I told him what I'm looking for, and he's going to get it for me.

Great place to go if you’re trying to get completely shafted, these guys are by far the worst experience I’ve ever had would highly recommend everybody stay far away. If you’re credit is bad this place is going to take you for a very scary ride plenty of other halfway decent places that aren’t as greedy and careless about your personal issues. All star is out to take you for everything they can and have 0 morals have never seen anything quite this bad and I’m personally in the car business and I get car dealers in general aren’t the greatest. But these people take the cake by far.

I didnt have a salesman pushing nicer cars down my throat, instead Steve E asked me what i liked and within 5 minutes i was off test driving them! A few days later and after going to many dealerships who did try to price gouge me (Quirk and Boch) i settled on a used 2015 Cruze which I love. I got a fair price for the both of us and had the paperwork signed and done that night. Got a call from Steve and was able to go get the car with plates, MA inspection sticker, and a fresh oil change. Very happy with the service from Steve so when you come hear ask for him!

After reviewing competitive pricing online for Toyota RAV4's for cost perspective, we visited this dealer with our wish list and were immediately taken to a spotless 2015 RAV4 with unbelievably low mileage. We would describe the car as "barely driven". Anticipating a high price tag for this almost new car, we were very pleasantly surprised at the asking price. We did not hesitate to secure the deal. Our salesman knew his inventory. After listening to our requirements, he understood our needs and simplified the process by offering 2 possible vehicles that would meet our specifications.
