We have had some TERRIBLE experiences with the Service Department @ Ford in recent years. But they had a truck we needed for work, so we bit the bullet and visited their new location. I was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience, which did not include any contact with service.
Maurice, our salesman was wonderful. He made the whole process quick & easy. We helped by knowing what we were looking for, but his calm demeanor was a pleasure. We paid cash, so not a lot to do in finance, but I did appreciate Jeremy in Finance understanding that we would not be doing any service contracts for the reasons stated above. He asked, I shared, he got the point and moved on. I appreciated that very much.
Corwin's new facility is lovely. Plenty of new clean space to hammer out a deal. Service Dept has a wealth of space now as well, so hopefully they've figured out how to better serve their customers.
