Having dealt with Ray Price Honda for many years and I tell everyone "Ray Price is a dealer unlike any other I have ever dealt with". They care about you and do not try to sell you services you do not need. You can trust that if they tell you a service is needed it is. Since finding Ray Price Honda all our cars are serviced by them, and when our 2008 GMC Envoy needed its 100,000 mile service they suggested we have Ray Price GMC take care of it. Needless to say, you can trust the service writers to do what is best for you. And when it comes to sales, Maria has always been willing to go the extra mile for you, working to find the best car for you, explaining how everything works and then fixing and re-explaining when you mess up or forget how to do a setting. I took my truck for service at Thornton Chevrolet, as I was having issues with the vehicle that were transmission related. I spoke with a gentleman in the service department named Andy, who listened to my concerns and problems with my vehicle. He took it upon himself to ensure that my vehicle was fixed properly and to my liking. I did not but my vehicle from Thornton, the dealership that I did buy from did not show any concern and blew me off and told me that this is just how it is. When I explained that to Andy, he stated that he don’t care where I purchased my vehicle from, you have a GM problem and it needs attention, and he said in-fact I wish I could serve ALL GM issues at this shop. He is exactly the kind of person you want to represent for Thornton dealership and the GM brand. Thank You Andy for fixing my problem!

Not the dealer it once was! Had previously done excellent work for preventive maintenance and repairs. NOW: will not honor long-time commitment for lifetime oil changes. What else has failed? New owner/manager expects customers to keep the paperwork he threw out when taking over. Now he is "taking" the customers that once came. Not me - I'm done with Brown-Daub Kia! He will find out that it is harder to get a new customer than to keep one - and every one lost is multiplied by the bad publicity he created for himself.

Took over 2 weeks to get my second key for my new truck. The. When we got our jeep the lady in finance ran my wife and my credit even tho I was the only one who signed to get a credit check. We had an appointment to see the jeep took them over 2 hours to get the jeep from Hermitage only 45 mins away. Then they had to deliver it to our house bc something they should of done the day before. I took my truck to get the second key programmed and had CEL. They said would take over 2 hours to just scan it. The. This all happened within a month span. Wish I could say I had a worse experience at a car dealer but this tops the chart for worse ever. Not they are dragging their feet to pay of my trade in.
