We purchased an X6 this week from Marcus - our second car from South Albany. Literally the best dealership to work with from beginning to end. The process was easy, efficient and quick. Marcus could not have been better or easier to work with. He was honest, forthcoming and very responsive. Based on my experience buying numerous cars over the years, this is the best BMW dealership in the area - no question!

Felice and James have bent over backwards to assist us in purchasing two used vehicles in the past 6 months. We were urged to go here by a client and were very happy with the experience we had. Felice showed us several cars that my wife was not excited about, so he said he would call us in a couple of days if he found something she might like. He called her and said he was holding a new trade-in that had just come in. My wife was ecstatic about it and Felice worked wit James and made sure the financing met our needs. When I suddenly found myself in need of a vehicle this month, they both worked hard to make us as happy for a second purchase as we were with the first.

The availability of the dealer was excellent. If he wasn't available, someone else would handle my call or he would call me back. He was very attentive and listened to my needs in a vehicle. Pricing was reasonable and he worked hard to get me a good rate. The had very nice vehicles on their lot and a very clean, presentable showroom.

I went there to see what it would take for me to replace my Tundra which I purchased there 10 years ago. They brought out the truck I purchased but I really had my doubts... the truck was way nicer than anything I expected. I talked to Brian and gave him some information and he said he'd be right back. Mind you, I only went to get information about what I would need to purchase a vehicle better than what I had. Approximately 45 minutes later I left the parking lot in a beautiful Toyota Tacoma. Thank you all.

Few days after I purchased my Jeep, had wrote Jerome the salesperson to let him know that I had a reverse light out, he would talk to service, he never got back to me, as well as he was going to get me mats, which he never did. So, I made my own appointment, when I got there the Tech also notice the front low beam light was out. They would not replace the bulbs, it was "SOLD AS IS", Never again will purchase from them, thought they were a reputable company. Very disappointed.

Do not use the service department for anything! I brought my truck to have a simple clock spring replaced. The new spring is working great, but I ended up with a deep scratch on the clear plastic gauge pack cover. I was told by the service manager that they are not responsible for the damage. I was told that they would try buffing it but, if that didn't work I am out of luck. I was also told that the steering wheel is too far from the clear shield for it to be damaged by their tech . The average length screwdriver is 8 inches. More than long enough to do this damage. I will no longer go to Greenwich ford.
