I worked with Sierra and she was great! My initial purchase resulted in a return because of engine issues, and she got me through the process seamlessly. I was able to find a great replacement and Sierra made sure she got me through the second transaction without any issues.

From start to finish, this process was extremely easy. - courtrevolution

From start to finish, this process was extremely easy. I did the majority of the documentation online. Which made the dealership process even easier. Once I got to the dealership, Jake made everything go very smoothly. I was able to test drive the car and by the time we got back to the dealership, the majority of my paperwork was finished, and I was in and out in less than an hour. Very impressed. Customer service level was top-notch. And they even offered to take a picture of me with my new car with a big fat bow on the hood. Thank you very much to Carmax in Sicklerville for giving me my dream car.

Working with Scott Hurff and the entire team at Prestige - Gunjan

Working with Scott Hurff and the entire team at Prestige was smooth, professional and completely hassle free. From our initial query, Scott reached out to understand our needs and had the vehicle ready for us to test the moment we arrived. Scott was knowledgeable, patient and thorough when explaining the vehicle's features, never making us feel rushed. Unlike typical car buying experiences, there was no pressure, no games or gimmicks and no back and forth. Everything was transparent and fair. The entire staff was courteous and efficient making the paperwork fast and effortless. We highly recommend Scott and the Prestige crew looking for a stress free vehicle purchase and we would gladly buy from them again.

I purchased three vehicles from this dealership and the - terryem4

I purchased three vehicles from this dealership and the past and never had a problem everything was on point my salesman Brandon was excellent I recently bought a new truck not even a week ago and I was told it was not allowed to leave the lot unless it was inspected and everything was good to go well we went through the deal signed everything I was never informed that I could purchase an extended warranty as it was a used vehicle took it back because I thought it needed a front and alignment service department checked it out and said it didn't need an alignment however there was a banging coming from underneath due to the fact that I had no warranty it would have been an out-of-pocket expense I've never had an experience like this before and will never deal with this dealership again they truly showed their true colors today the finance manager Travis not good very good when it comes to selling a car but very bad when it comes to owning up to it

Brought car into the Mini of the Mainline dealership to - nehal.naser1012

Brought car into the Mini of the Mainline dealership to replace battery on 9/26. Was told that engine mount also needed to be replaced. Paid for both repairs. After picking up the car from the dealership, there was a clanging sound coming from underneath the hood. I have had this car since 2022 and have never heard a sound like that coming out of my car before. It was not making that sound when I brought it in to have the battery replaced and was immediately making the sound when I got it back. I notified the dealership, explaining that the sound was not present before the battery replacement and engine mount replacement occurred, and that it started when the car was in their possession. I was told they would look into it, made another appointment to have that done along with my annual inspection for the car. Picked up my car after that appointment on September 30th. The inspection was completed successfully. The sound was still present and now worse, louder than it was before. I called again and the person at the front desk insisted it was taken care of. I insisted it wasn't, and that they needed to fix it because it occurred while the car was in their possession. She told me I'd have to bring the car in and drive around with the foreman in the car so he can hear the sound too. I let her know that her technicians had already heard the sound, as evidenced by the video the dealership sent my at the last appointment, but agreed to her terms anyway. Friday October 23rd- I bring the car in again and ride with the foreman and point out the sound. THE FOREMAN NOTIFIES ME THAT THE ENGINE MOUNT WAS INCORRECTLY INSTALLED THE FIRST TIME AND ADJUSTED THE SECOND TIME, CAUSING THE INITIAL SOUND, AND THAT THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT AGAIN AND SEE WHY IT IS STILL OCCURING. I get a call that afternoon letting me know that the crankshaft pulley needs to be replaced and that it will cost me another $1200. The damage to my car is the dealer's responsibility. The sound is theirs to address. I should not be held financially responsible for their sloppy work, which not only resulted in an engine mount being incorrectly installed, but this other issue that is now causing my car to make a clanging sound when I drive it. No one has touched this car except Mini of the Mainline for the past three years. They have been the only ones to service my car since I moved to Pennsylvania.

I recently used the service department at this Audi - melamedd

I recently used the service department at this Audi dealership and would like to share my impressions of the experience. This is my first Audi, but previously I owned BMWs, Mercedes-Benzes, and Volvos, so I have had an opportunity to compare how different dealerships welcome you, take care of your car, provide a loaner, and, importantly, keep you informed about the work being performed. In situations like this, every dealership works as a team, and Audi was no exception. Every person has an important role in the process, and the better the team is coordinated, the smoother the entire experience becomes. It is much like the mechanism of a watch: even if only one gear does not work properly, the efforts of the entire team may not be enough to compensate for that malfunction. The people on the Audi dealership team who took care of my car were striving to provide excellent service. I would especially like to recognize valet service manager Eric Herrera. I have rarely met anyone in such a position who is so dedicated to his work. His attention to detail, courtesy, and respect were evident throughout the entire process and gave me complete confidence when leaving my car in his care. Service Manager Bill Owens maintained close oversight of the entire process to make sure that I, as the customer, was completely satisfied. What particularly impressed me was that he managed to stay personally involved and informed at virtually every step. Unfortunately, my experience with Kay Loper - my service advisor, was very different. She appeared disengaged from the process, did not want to take my calls, and when she did speak with me, her manner came across as condescending—as though I did not understand what I was talking about. Most importantly, she ultimately informed me that my car had been repaired, which turned out to be far from the actual situation. I do not want to go into all the details here. In short, returning to my watch analogy, she was the one gear in the mechanism that was not functioning properly, while the rest of the team was working hard to compensate for it. I am very grateful to Eric Herrera, Bill Owens, and the other members of the team who put so much effort into taking care of me and my car. In fact, Kay Loper should probably be grateful to them as well, because it is only due to their professionalism and dedication that, despite my experience with her, I am still giving this service department five stars.

We had a great experience with Bridge Auto Group on - Bgo2u55

We had a great experience with Bridge Auto Group on December 10, 2024 especially with our sales man Bob Weiner. He did not over sell the car we purchased, he allowed the car to speak for itself. He was patient, warm and we thought he did an excellent job with the whole buying a used car experience. We would definitely recommend Bob and this dealership to others.

Very Poor communication . - DISAPPOINTED Paschal

Very Poor communication .Very Unprofessional disorganized communication. I been trying for 5 days straight to get a manager to talk with me about my reasonable cash offer on a preowned vehicle. Finally Late Today , I was out on the phone with a polite man who said his name was Scott and he was a preowned sales manager .We had a Polite Comprehensive conversation about my vehicle of interest and my Serious cash offer .We finished the conversation with hin saying he would try to call me back with a decision to accept or deny my offer ib like 15mins .Like 25 mins later he I think ( voice sounded different) called me back and within a min i said I had to get other line call me in like q hour .I Never heard back 2 hours later so I called only to be told some other buyer put a deposit down on the vehicle and is flying in to pick up. I asked when ? Scott( if that was his name ) , said he didnt know .I feel i wasted alot of my precious time trying to make a serious offer only to be disappointed ..I have personally bought vehichles from Frank and Charlie Kerbeck years ago with all good professional experiences Sadly both these gentlemen they are up there in age with poor health so I couldn't have the professional Respectful experience of dealing with them .Its a shame they are Not being Respected and Honored by current management.

I have to shout out Mamexaali N'Diaye for being such a - Happy Teacher

I have to shout out Mamexaali N'Diaye for being such a real person. He made everything work to put me in the truck I have wanted my whole life. He stayed late several days to hammer this deal out and I have to say I left feeling like someone cared about what I was dealing with financially and personally.

Best car buying experience. Treated me like family. - Kb2018

If I could give them a 6 star rating for customer service, I would. Jay and Derek were outstanding. I was amazed at how I was treated compared to other mainstream dealers that I visited. There are a few 1 star reviews on this place that almost pushed me away, but here’s my story from top to bottom if you’re reading the 1 stars and getting freaked out: I’m a very particular buyer, about 150 miles outside of the Phili area. 1ownercar had a high-priced truck there that was exactly what I wanted. When I first spoke with Jay, he was very straightforward with me. I was skeptical about the whole process of driving out of town to a 3rd party dealer, but with the way that he answered questions he gained my trust. He sent me the Carfax, and had his technician send me extra pictures of the truck. 26 extra pictures! After seeing the pictures of the truck, I called Derek (the partner), and spoke with him about it. He was understanding, straightforward, and accommodating. He didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear. He told me what I needed to hear. They respected my intent, and held the vehicle for about 5 days while I made arrangements to get out there to purchase the truck. They suggested that I take it to a professional mechanic for a look over, and didn’t recommend any particular mechanic, which I respect. On my drive up to Phili I received a call from Jay that the radio wasn’t working properly. He said that since I was on my way up that Derek would cover the costs to fix it if the deal worked out - very professional. The truck was in great shape when I got there except for the radio. I was able to take it on a lengthy test drive and went on my own to the professional mechanic’s building. The mechanic also reported a pretty flawless vehicle except for the radio. The truck was, in my impression, very well priced, even with the radio issues that were going to be covered by Derek. I had done a lot of research and was pleased with the selling price. I appreciated Derek’s wiggle room for front floor mats that were missing, but basically paid the sale price as listed. The check-out process went well. The sales center is small, but the customer service makes up for it. You can tell that the energy is positive. Their warranties are very well priced as well. I would recommend this to any used car owner for peace of mind. The truck was detailed for me to go, and Derek let me store my Honda in his lot to pick up later. He even paid for my first tank of gas in the truck! Fast forward four days later, the truck is running great, and I took the vehicle into a GMC dealer to get the radio fixed. Derek followed up with his word, and paid for the radio to get fixed. I didn’t have to lift a finger. He settled directly with the dealer. They don’t make straightforward, stand-up guys like Jay and Derek any more, especially as car salesmen. I can’t say enough about how honest they were. They gave me good information, advice, and whatever I needed to let me make the most expensive purchase that I’ve made in the last 5 years. Don’t let the looks of the dealership or the fact that they are a 3rd party scare you away. They treated me like family. They will give you the truth and honest truth so you can make the best decision on your own. This is the honest truth from my end: I had to jump through a few hoops, but this is the best car buying experience that I’ve ever had.
