Matt, Service Dept. , was very courteous and took the time to explain the situation with my Jeep Gladiator. Took several trips to finally rectify my vehicle’s problem. They were gracious enough by giving me a loaner vehicle while my Jeep was at their dealership, which I greatly appreciated. The parts needed were hard to procure due to being on back order, not the dealership’s fault.

I've been a Ram owner since purchasing my first one in 2018, so finding the right truck was important to me. Mo took the time to sit down with me and go over several options that fit within my budget. While the first option was a little more than I wanted to spend, he continued working with me and showed me a second option. Although the monthly payment was still higher than I had originally planned, the truck exceeded my expectations and offered everything I was looking for. I felt it was a great value, and I'm extremely happy with my decision. Mo was honest, knowledgeable, and never pressured me. They were straightforward in their dealings and I received exactly what I was promised. Upon delivery the vehicle was nicely cleaned and detailed, with Noah going over the operation of the vehicle I was on my way in a short amount of time. Megan S, service advisor, Richard T service mgr., and Tom, service tech. My 2017 JGC had an intermittent starting issue. Was advised to change the main battery and did along with the auxiliary battery. Wemt about 6 miles and the same issue, would not start. Finally got it started amd brought it back. A bunch of new codes came up. They got my car back in, about 1hr. later. They went through the check list and found a small yellow wire loose on my starter. Im so appreciative of them getting me in as I need to leave the next day to drive almost 1400 miles to get home. They were patient with me as I was frustrated yet respectful to them. They knew my urgency. I would like to thank them and recommend this group to anyone with needing repairs for their Chrysler built vehicles. Just as they were patient with me you need to be the same and they will take care of you. God Bless all!!
