My experience with Jennifer was like sitting down with an old friend. She answered all my questions and even addressed things I hadn't considered. She is always ready and willing to greet me when I stop by for a little help! Gotta say, the only thing missing was the drinks of our choice!! Everyone I worked with was very friendly and low pressure. I was supposed to meet with Kevin and he text me the morning I was supposed to meet with him to tell me he had the flu so he put me in touch with Dan that was there. I also worked with Tom and Ryan and all of them were I have to admit they were very low-key low pressure and we got the deal done so it was a pleasant experience to work with these gentlemen. I was purchasing a 2026 Dodge hemi Durango that I had seen come across my feed and I live an hour and a half away and when I got there, they had the vehicle upfront already, and after we worked out the deal I was able to go to my bank get the down payment grab something to eat and by the time I came back, the vehicle was all ready to go. And Dan came out and worked with me for I don’t want to exaggerate maybe an hour maybe 45 minutes on the infotainment system of the Durango because it was different than the Jeep that I was trading in and he couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful so I highly recommend this dealership. I also did not have my second key fob with me as I had no idea that I was going to bring home this vehicle on that very day so Ryan who was the finance manager printed out an envelope for me to send back my second key fob, so everybody really bent over backwards to help me out. Again, I would recommend this dealership to anybody who is looking for a Mopar vehicle.

Do not go near this place! Took my son's jeep here for repair. After spending $1,700 the same exact problem remained. They then said that I would have to spend more money bc it may be a different problem. Any reputable dealer would have made this right. Took it to another mechanic who correctly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. They investigated and ruled in my favor and credited the money. Now Castilone actually send me a letter threatening legal action for the money even though they are clearly in the wrong and agreed to the credit card decision. Wow! I actually welcome it. Do not go here for anything especially any repair. They have terrible mechanics and are completely untrustworthy, dishonest, and deceitful.

Must be good for buying auto. Service department horrible, no communications. Going to charge $200 for a $7000:estimate for brakes and steering shaft, tell a customer what the cost of an estimate is going to be. Horrible experience never go there again. I'm sure they dont care.

Super friendly staff to your face but total idiots would not recommend anybody try to deal with them. Walked out after 3 hours when they offered me 3k less than blue book on my car with less than 33k on it then they ran my credit for over 40k after I walked total xxxxxxx
