I recently worked with Dave Manning to purchase an awesome used Ford F150 from out of state. Dave called me right away, provided me detailed pictures of the undercarriage and videos of the vehicle running, per my request. He was so kind and helpful all along the process. Even helped get me aligned with a transport company and called to make sure the pickup was what I had expected after it was delivered. And it TOTALLY WAS!! Dave was the best salesman I have ever worked with!! The rest of the staff was wonderful as well! Would definitely work with them again!

They were very helpful and brought in several vehicles that I wanted to look at to the Orchard Park location. My daughter finally found her first car. I am satisfied with the purchase. Wanted to thank Salesman Dave Hall and the entire Toyota of Warren team on a very positive experience purchasing a used Rav 4 Hybrid for my daughter. From the moment we first entered the showroom to test drive the vehicle to the 2nd day when we picked up the vehicle everyone treated our family with friendliness and respect. Not once did anyone try to "sell" us the car, Dave spend time on the test drive and another hour when we picked up going thru every details with our daughter on the features of the car to ensure she felt comfortable with the vehicle. Our family (4 adult kids) have purchased over dozen cars and this was the most positive experience ever. We drove over an hour to purchase this specific model and would do so again without hesitation because of the positive experience. This dealership is outstanding! Tom Bull has been my outstanding salesperson for the past 12 years. He continually provides great knowledge about the vehicles I purchase and explains the many features that are offered for each of the vehicles. He is upfront, honest and a pleasure to deal with in every car experience. I recommend him to anyone who is in the market for a new car. Almost all my family has purchased vehicles from him. Jessica Corcoran is also an excellent employee with her knowledge of technology and helpful ways. She was able to set up my phone, radio stations and reviewed the many features of my new Siena minivan. I will continue to go to West Herr in the future because of the wonderful experiences I have each time I go there. The service department has also been helpful and Rachel Nichter has been a pleasure to work with as well. I bought the car in 2022 at first the service dept was great. But since the change over if employees it's slipping a lot. Took my car in for inspection told the service dept check in that we needed front breaks and then when the inspection was done we were told we needed breaks in the front . Not to happy about the wait in all the communication but or lack there of about the front breaks.

I felt they were trustsworthy. The finance manager, Matt, worked to get me the best deal. Overall awesome experience! Customer satisfaction is more important to them because Toyotas have a reputation of their own. People are going to buy Toyotas. So they make it their job to assist you as much as possible without taking you for a ride and all kinds of "Hidden costs" or expenses. And even if I didn't have a Toyota I would still have my car serviced there. They have pretty much every job timed down to the minute so you are provided with accurate estimates and not overcharged for labor....
