The Quick Lane AC technicians were able to determine that the expansion valve in my AC unit that was replaced in June was defected so it was replaced again without charging me for the cost of the part or the diagnostic check that was preformed. Trent Meyers, the service advisor, kept me updated with everything throughout. I was more than satisfied with the way everything was taken care of, including the yearly vehicle inspection that I initially scheduled to be preformed on my 2011 Mercury.

Logan called back to let us know that the vehicle did not pass inspection and the estimate for repairs was $3000+ and he wanted to be fully transparent with that. We found a car at a neighboring dealer that is within the same family and he could help us with that. Logan was awesome! He got us a great deal on our “new” car. Christa in Finance was just as awesome! She kept us in the loop and called several banks to see if they could do better on the rates. Will definitely be back!
