First, I want to say that our initial impression was outstanding—everyone was very nice, helpful, and informative. However, we’ve experienced several issues since picking up our vehicle. Louis followed up the Monday after our purchase, and we asked about the second key fob and financing paperwork so we could confirm when our first payment is due. We were told this information would be provided on a USB drive, but we did not receive one. Louis said he would send both the USB and key fob. A week later, after not receiving any updates, we called to check on the status. At that time, we were informed that our financing had not been finalized and that additional items were needed, including two references and my most recent pay stub. We promptly emailed this information. Later that same day, Louis mentioned to my husband that he would need to order the key fob because it could not be located, which was surprising as we believed this had already been addressed. We also discovered that our insurance had not been contacted, and we were told not to worry because coverage was tied to the temporary tag. It has now been several more business days with no updates. At this point, it feels like once we drove off the lot, everything stalled. I’m struggling to understand how financing has not yet been finalized more than a week after the purchase. I understand everyone is busy, but clearer communication and follow-through would be greatly appreciated. Please contact me at your earliest convenience to provide an update. I had a great experience buying my first car from Northstar. I was contacting Mario through email prior but he was previously engaged and Blake jumped right in to make sure I was taken care of. My mom and I had a great time chatting away with Blake and Angela all throughout the test drive and financing. The 2015 Nissan Sentra was in beautiful condition and they had already put in so much work to make sure it was in perfect driving condition and even handled a part that had a recall on it. I couldn’t have wished for a faster or smoother buying process, can’t recommend them enough !

I had to have my Canyon serviced and between Carmen the Service Manager, Mark the Service Advisor and the Service Foreman Bill S.had done such an excellent job at handling my issue with my Canyon. After numerous times with the check engine light coming on, (yes, they were all scratching their heads) but they worked very hard and many long hours to find the problem & fix it. Mark & Carmen both kept me notified of everything they were doing to make sure my truck was correct & safe. Bill, the Service Foreman had gone out of his way by staying way later to make sure this issue was resolved. These guys definitely need to be recognized for such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I really appreciated all the hard work and time they put into my truck and truly look forward to seeing them again for any future services needed but hopefully it will just be an inspection and oil change next time! These guys are really GREAT! Again, I am truly satisfied & would definitely recommend them!
