I am a Salesman and I usually see car buying as a challenge. One that I am up for and kind of enjoy. However, Mike took that challenge away because he made it so EASY. I had the BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER with Mike Court at Zimmerman Enterprises. I went in wanting a specific car and Mike answered every question I had about it openly and honestly. He pulled no punches or tried to sell me something else. He asked me what I needed to close the deal. I told him and he went and reviewed it with management and HE, not the Manager came back with their counteroffer which 99% met my request. Well 99% is close enough, so I agreed and we were done. In less than an hour which also included a test drive! My last car buying experience took SIX HOURS !!! So even though I live 2 hours away, it was shorter with Mike.

Friends....I didn't want a car payment! My car, with over 100,00, miles was good for another few years, right? We just pulled in to take a look and browse at the Stuckey Dealership on West College Avenue. Their inventory was amazing! I was looking for a vehicle with the 3rd row seating and with plenty of room. Adam met us in the parking lot and pointed us to several options. He was pleasant and very personable, with no "we have a deal for you" talk! We looked, we walked away and a day later we were back looking for Adam Keller. We sat together and talked about our needs, we drove a few cars from the lot but didn't find the perfect fit. Adam sat down with us and found the car we liked online and had it ready for us to drive the very next day. I know you know how this story ends, we drove away from the lot in a new, used vehicle that was our perfect fit. We have been driving the car for about 8 weeks and absolutely love it! I have shared Adam's name, that's Adam Keller, with anyone who asks about our new vehicle. This young man, along with the entire staff we had encountered, was incredible to deal with. Therer was no pressure, no "in your face" car dealing, no add-ons that were unnecessary. This was the best car purchase experience we have had, and we have had many! Very disappointing place. They replaced my rotors and brakes 2 years ago, and said they needed replacement again? My car is stored in a garage and generally, my brakes never needed replacement for 60000 or more miles. Costly need and I honestly do not trust if this job was done properly 2 years ago. I also waited 1 hour for them to even look at my car, as I waited over 2 hours, as a full room of customers came and went, as I was the last one there. And… I had a scheduled appointment and arrived on time… even 15 min prior. Problems discussed with them and zero comments back.

Transmission went in my vehicle. Stocker wanted to charge me excessive fees above and beyond my extended warranty. $500 fee for "handling the transmission when it got delivered", "credit card fee because warranty company was paying them by credit card", and additional fees for labor. all totaling in excess of $2300. Ultimately I had the vehicle towed back home to the chevy dealer i bought the car from. Stocker service staff were nice, but I simply could not accept all the extra billings. Had they simply honored my warranty (like my dealer) they would have got the job and made $$$ in the long run. Stocker- suggest you reconsider your policy on fees!

Very helpful , polite , knows the answers , and is an example what a car salesmen should be . Enterprise has a great program . Between the Price , Quality , Mileage , Enterprise is terrific . Car dealers should be like Enterprise ! I've had conversation with people that NOW are very interested next time they go for a car to go to Enterprise for there next car !
