This is an Awesome Dealership, with amazing people. I live an hour and a half away and they worked with me over the phone for a few days until I made my final decision. We had a little miscommunication about my trade in which I honestly thought it was gonna be a deal breaker and I wouldn't get the Audi, but to my surprise they worked hard to get me approved with my negative equity. Usually when you go to purchase a new car your thinking long waits and expecting to take up half your day but by the time I got there they literally had basically everything ready to go. I took the car for a test drive, loved it of course, we came back and they had paperwork ready to go. I was in and out in under an hour. Ethan is super friendly and he is on top of his stuff. When my F350 radiator failed while towing a 5th wheel Toy Hauler in January 2026 with temperatures falling below zero at night and a three foot snowfall predicted over the next two days, Jeffrey and his service team immediately got us into the shop. The day was Friday and the service technician was willing to work after hours if necessary to get us on the road again. They were able to finish the job earlier than expected and we got back home a day before receiving 30 inches of snow. Thank you Key Ford for letting us "camp" in your backyard, for keeping us comfortable, and especially for getting us on the road again.

Employees at service never heard of a funnel for adding oil after oil change. Engine shroud oil drip marks all over it , also front plastic over radiator area full of oil running marks never heard of towels to place items on. All this was clean when I bought the car and only have oil changed there.

This place is A++ sales and service. My wife and I had a great experience at this dealership. By far the best car buying experience I have had. John Davis, our sales associate, was very friendly and helpful throughout our transactions, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free. His professionalism, honesty, and genuinely friendly attitude made a huge difference. We took a test drive, decided on a vehicle (Ford Escape) and made a down payment. Later that evening we received a call from John stating they would not be able to sell us the car as it did not pass “their inspection”, but he immediately checked their inventory for similar vehicles (this part usually takes forever) and found a vehicle in the same price range. The next day we returned to the dealership, took a test drive, and decided on the vehicle (a Jeep Cherokee Latitude). John made sure to communicate promptly and took care of everything that needed to be done to get the vehicle looking and feeling like new. We are very thankful for John and the staff at Sands Ford of Pottsville for going above and beyond. Very trustworthy dealership, highly recommend them.

Maguire’s of Duncannon is FANTASTIC. I grew up in central PA but have lived in Pittsburgh since 2019. In 2023 I was visiting central PA and purchased a pre owned Bronco that I got for a great price w/ an excellent value on my trade. I work remotely so over the years I have gone to visit family and get my Bronco serviced at Maguire’s. 3 years and 50k miles of ownership later, I ran into my first issue with my Bronco. It was having a powertrain fault, so I had to take it to a close by Ford dealer in the Pittsburgh area. That Ford dealer tried to tell me I needed $11,000 worth of repairs and tried four times in that conversation to just pass me off to the sales department for a trade. I was suspicious of their motivations and intentions after that, so I paid an auto transporter to take my car from Pittsburgh to Duncannon because I trust the team at Maguire’s. They discovered there was a big repair needed but quoted less than half of what the dealer in Pittsburgh did and then even worked with corporate Ford to lower my out of pocket expense for this big repair job to just be for the labor. So, Maguire’s service department literally saved me $9,000 by having integrity, being honest and appreciating my business as a customer. I still have a repair bill (all cars need some costly-ish maintenance at some point) but me needing to pay about $2,000 vs the Ford dealer in Pittsburgh that asked me for $11,000 says everything anyone needs to know about the importance of a solid relationship with the dealer you do business with. Maguire’s Ford has absolutely EARNED my business for life. And a special shoutout to Service Advisor Jay but really their whole team at Maguire’s is amazing.
