I scoured the internet to find the car closest to what I wanted. Ciocca had it! I live almost 400 miles away from the dealership and there was lots of snow and road salt on the roads. I obviously could not drive my 2023 Stingray down for an appraisal. I submitted current photos and George gave me what I thought the trade in was worth. My salesman Ben was exceptional and did everything possible making the sale a very pleasant experience.If there's a C9 in my future I will call Ciocca Quakertown first !

I even mentioned that I wanted to get it in tax year 2024 in case it is discontinued. Dishonest and shady. I don't know how people could look someone in the eye as they steal your money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALER! I have never had such a worse experience while purchasing a vehicle. I drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. My salesman did not want to sell me the vehicle i purchased, did not show me any feature or anything about the vehicle. I chose to buy the vehicle anyway, upon delivery the driver seat was completely busted. I reached out to the sales manager and i was promised the seat to be fixed. The sales manager also expressed i needed to return the license plate i was given with the sale of the car. (Because they charged me wrong for it) even though at this point the plate was in my name. The vehicle was driven 2 hours back to the dealership to have the seat fixed. After 1 week of the vehicle being in the possession of the dealer my salesman reached out and said the vehicle was fixed and ready for pickup and again asked for the license plate to be returned, so i came to pickup the vehicle (2 hour drive) and returned the license plate. I arrived and my seat was not fixed. The dealer apologized and wanted to “make it right” so they again offered to fix the seat and added the offer of a complimentary detail. Now after the dealer has the car in their possession for 2 weeks i am again told the vehicle is ready. I get the vehicle (again) and 4 screws were drilled into the underside of my seat and no detail or wash of any sort. After receiving my vehicle back from being “fixed” i now notice the transmission shifts very hard upon start up. Another thing i have noticed with the vehicle since purchase is the instrument cluster appears to have been replaced with one from a completely different vehicle. I am disappointed, i bought this vehicle as a gift for my father. The vehicle appeared to be a gently used reliable suv with low miles. This dealership is in the deal of bad business. They will tell you what you want to hear just to waste your time, and your families time.

This place is nothing but bunch of thieves. They lie straight in my face, and the manager threathen me, and implies that he is ready if I want to take legal actions. I drive 2022 Chevy tahoe z71 5.3l V8. Bought from them new. I brought my vehicle to fix 2 issues: First issue is the Roaring noise coming from the wheel when turning left or right. Second issue is the vehicle shuts-off itself all the time and don't turn back on even with jumpstarter. There is a service dealer named Mike who made me garantied to fix my issues by performing these services after diagnosing the vehicle: Replacing alternator and belt, Flash the Differential fluid (Which I told him that it was done before about a month ago), replacing all 4 tires, Replacing the brake pads and rotors (that was needed), totalling $4030.51. Alter they have done, the wheel noise was still there at the time I was pulling out from their parking lot. I stopped and went back to notify but there were all gone for the day already. It was over 6pm. I notified the guy who stayed to give me the key of my vehicle. The next day the vehicle shut-off problem happen again. I called the service they transfer the call to Mike and he never answer the call. I texted he never replied. It kept going to voice mail over and over everytime then after. I had to call the receptionist to make a new appointment. The shut-off problem became worse and would happen now more than twice a day. The shut-off happened while on my way to their shop, 2 min away from them, the day of my appointment. My vehicle shuted off at a stop sign by brown daub volvo. I called them and they sent me a mechanic who brought boosters. Unable to restart the engine, He left and told me to call a towing truck to tow the vehicle to their shop. I spend $100 to tow the vehicle to them. After few hours of whatever, Mike told me that the Starter of my vehicle is out and will cost me $950 to replace it. Think twice Before taking your vehicle to these guys.

A total waste of my time. When given my budget, they never stayed with In it. Mr. Patel was not knowledgeable at all and in fact I found him insulting. He honestly didn't know what he was doing or talking about. I can with the intent to buy and walked out incredibly disappointed. By the end of the night, I went to another dealership who was more knowledgeable and went home with a new car from someone else. Mr. Patel is a detriment to the dealership.

I needed a tire for my car due to a bubble on the side. I do a lot of highway miles so I needed the tire changed ASAP. I called several Acura dealers and several other tire locations and could not believe not one had the particular tire. I called Kevil and spoke to Carlo who told me he could have the tire by 3. When I arrived at 4 I spoke with Jeff. He knew about the car and squeezed me in to fix the tire. I was in and out in an hour. When it's time for another car I will surely visit this dealer.

Nice Truck, Sylvester Chevrolet not so much! - Gary

Complained about radio display screen going blank several times while truck was still under warranty. Service department could not find anything wrong because it was working when at the dealers. Last time I went in for service I told them screen was still going blank. Somehow by Voodoo magic they knew what was wrong and it would cost $389.17 and sorry its out of warranty. Contacted G.M. and they made a deal with Sylvester to cut my price in half. There warrant is worthless.
