My timing was not long, like all day with other dealership. I had an excellent experience. I would deal with them again.

I usually hate buying vehicles but I had a great experience buying a truck at Darcars of College Park. It was a bit of a drive for me but it turned out to be the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had. Kimberly was my salesperson, and she did a fantastic job. She communicated with me throughout the process, from the time I inquired about the truck until after I had purchased it. She sent me pictures, video, and several emails before I ever met her. Once I got to the dealership, she made me feel welcome and made sure I was comfortable. Mike, her manager, answered questions for me about the truck and was very knowledgeable about the truck. Alex took great care of me in the finance process. He didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't need and made sure I got the best deal possible with protection plans and finance rate. I will definitely come back to Darcars of College Park when my wife is ready to buy a vehicle. Thanks to everyone for a great experience! THE WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT EVER. STAY AWAY!!!!!!! They didn't listen to any of my concerns. They let me drive a car that almost killed us. Then all they could say was "we didn't do anything wrong." I have owned/leased nissan for 6 years and I have never seen such crappy service. Now it's time to turn in my nissan and I couldn't be happier, this dealership's irresponsibility and lack of professionalism is so bad that I don't ever want to deal with such garbage again. STAY AWAY. TRUST ME.
