Had a great experience this past Friday working with both Rich and Carl. I was able to get everything agreed to and arranged before even stepping into the dealership and requested everything be ready when I arrived due to a work obligation. When I arrived, the car was detailed and ready to go and paperwork was prepared. I was in and out in less than an hour and Carl was able to get it done with a lower interest rate than my credit union was offering. Overall great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from Rich again.

Doug is just the best! Listened to what I wanted and then set about finding it. I now have a light blue 2026 Ford Maverick hybrid and was going from a stick shift with little to no modern tech to this new vehicle. I had never driven an automatic let alone dealt with any ‘bells and whistles’. Wow!! An old dog can learn new tricks and enjoy it too! Excellent communication skills, returned texts and voicemails in a timely fashion, answered questions and checked up on things he wasn’t sure about. Offered follow up coaching should we need it. This was the best vehicle purchase experience that both my husband and I have had. Thanks Doug, I am having so much fun driving my new truck, and everyone loves the colour.
