Joey, my Service advisor was so awesome. He kept in contact with me about my experience with the dealership and every step of what was going on with my auto repairs. He did all the foot work with my aftermarket warranty company and saved me thousands in cost . I can’t say thank you enough to this man. Received the Silverado back after a transmission replacement and other services & Joey called me said the truck was ready for pick up but he wouldn’t be there that day so that told me he did this on his personal time . Now I ask who does that anymore ? I can tell you Joey does. He stated the truck was tested and runs like a dream . When I picked it up another gentleman took care of me who was also very nice. He had my truck pulled up to the door and the A/C cooled down in the truck before I stepped into it. Can’t say enough about this Dealerships Service department. We had searched the Internet for a new 2019 Silverado 2500 Duramax, black on black. When our son contacted Woody Folsom Automotive they found the exact truck we wanted in 24 hours and it was delivered to Tx just a few days later! I thought the service and the vehicle were subpar. The salesperson, Nabin Magar, when asked about whether or not the vehicle came with a garage opener, he claimed it did and said all we had to do was program it with our remote. The problem was that particular vehicle didn't come with a garage door opener, which he could have checked online, with a more seasoned associate, or his manager. The remedy to the situation was less than 300.00 and that includes installation. 3 days after I brought the car the left tire blew. When I asked about chevy covering the cost of the tire, Nabin informed me that his manager said chevy WILL NOT cover it and that cost will be on me as the buyer. Now , this is a 2027 equinox with less than 100 mi on it. Which means chevy buys inferior tires. Tires are essential to road safety which is paramount when driving. Substandard salesperson. Low-grade product. Please don't waste your money at chevy
