We’ve never had a better finance guy than Dragon, he was very good at explaining everything. The last Ford dealership I purchased from was not a great experience and I’ll never return to them. I will definitely recommend this dealership, salesman, and finance guy!

While I was waiting, a very friendly and professional salesperson I think her name is Siham , she took the time to talk with me about my options. I didn’t realize how many issues my vehicle had and how much it could cost to keep repairing it. Siham was patient, knowledgeable, and never pressured me.she helped me find a newer vehicle that fit my needs and made the trade-in process easy and stress-free. He let me know exactly what was happening and where my car was in the process. I also received a video from the service department, showing me what they were doing. That is a first. I made an Inquiry about selling my car and the young lady over the phone gave me the run down... "Bring in the car, we'll go over it and tell you what we think we can sell it for, if you agree the car stays with us for 90 days and if we don't sell it you owe nothing." So...I clear my Tuesday morning and sit an appointment for 10:30am to do just that. I get there and the young guy greets me and just immediately pulls up cars on line that are not even comparable to my car saying this is what he thinks he can sell it for. Mind you didn't even go out and bother looking at my car either, Brought up a 2011 RS Car that has 3500 miles on it and said see...this is what I think we can get for yours. Mine is a 2011 Yenko Camaro w/ just over 18k miles, Supercharged with every bell and whistle available... Not even close to an RS Wasted my morning guys, Thanks. A total waste of time.

My pickup was destroyed by Irma. Went North to purchase a replacement. Found one in Cocoa that I wanted, made an offer and went inside to pay for it. The sales contract was jaked up with all kind of add on cost, my wife and I walked out although I the truck was perfect for me. Received several phone calls to return with promises to honor what we agreed on. No thank you, can't trust you. Saw a Honda Ridgeline advertised on line at Pre-Owned Gallery. I called and made an offer for an out the door price. I received a call back while I was checking out other trucks confirming acceptance of my offer. Went to the office, drove the truck and loved it. The bottom line that I wrote the check for was the cost we agreed to on the phone. I love doing business with people who do what they say!

The service was impeccable and reliable. The contract for the sale was well executed and all perfect. Follow-ups were done professionally and in a timely fashion. I'm on my 2nd car in less than 2 years. The 1st had so many problems they gave up and gave me a 2nd one.. The second one has been in service a total of 5 weeks since March, not counting all the other times since July 2020 and STILL NOT FIXED but I keep paying for what they think the problem is. Oh, and they don't give loaners so plan on being without any transportation while the junk they buy keeps going back in for service. The more reviews I research the more I find it's the norm. Too bad I have NO PEACE OF MIND!!! I have problem after problem. Expense after expense. Inconvenience after inconvenience. And so many missed work days my job is in jeopardy. Yet, my car loan is ALWAYS paid!!! I pay for a vehicle I can't use!
