This place is amazing, best customer service ever and a great selection of vehicles. Our salesman Justin is awesome. This dealership as a whole goes above and beyond. Best customer service ever received at a dealership. We drove from out of state with 4 kids under 12, everyone in that dealership was kind, helpful and polite. My kids were hugging and waving goodbye to everyone, you are treated like family. I was impressed and amazed at their excellent customer service. They definitely gained a lifetime customer, we love our new conversion van. When we are in the market for an everyday vehicle, we know where to go. I can't speak highly enough about this dealership, a week later my kids are still telling everyone about other salesmen there giving them Popsicles, the mechanics making funny faces at them through the service window making them giggle. Our van is beautiful, immaculate, more van than we imagined and look forward to making lasting memories vacationing around. Thank you all for everything.

My 2016 Ford F150 pickup truck developed oil leaks and I had to take it in for service last week. Phil Winkelmann was my service rep. Phil was very professional, pleasant and patient with me. He told me it would take 2 to 3 days to get it fixed. I was provided with Uber rides back and forth from the Service Department and my house. It did take 2 days to get it fixed. I am very satisfied with the repair.

I am going to skip to the chase here. I purchased a ford f150 xlt on 06/28/25 from John hinderer ford. The process to get to this point was hectic but we won’t go there. I was supposed to receive a check for $318 and change for the recent service I had completed at John Hinderer Honda on my trade-in vehicle. The factory keypad code was not in the vehicle like I was told it was. Since 06/28/25 I have tried reaching out to the “manager” and the “financial manager”. They keep telling me they are working on it. Recently, the “manager” screens his calls and has the receptionist send me to the financial manager who never calls me back, never follows up and never follows through. I spoke to him today about why a $65,000 truck comes with lane keep assistant but doesn’t have adaptive cruise control. I asked him how much would adding this cost me. He said he wasn’t sure but he would call me back in a few. Well, its now 11:30pm I’m guessing he won’t be calling me back with answers to any of my concerns. Monday I will be visiting John Hinderer Honda and will be requesting to speak to whomever took over for John. I have never been treated so poorly and will never again buy from any John Hinderer locations. My calls are getting ignored/screened, my voicemails aren’t getting returned, my money hasn’t arrived, my door lock code hasn’t been found and I can’t get an answer on something as simple as how much something costs. DON’T BUY HERE.

It's always comforting to me to visit Buckeye Ford. I've purchased three vehicles from them since the late 1980s and with each experience, my confidence only grows! Whether ordering, purchasing, having service work done, or buying from the parts department, it's all a "two thumbs up" for me! Each employee is well-trained, personable and professional, with that vital extra of friendliness. In addition to the employees, I've never had a Buckeye Ford vehicle that was anything other than fantastic. I'm a truck person, from a 1992 Ford F-350 crew cab diesel dually to a 1998 Ford Ranger XLT to my current 5-star truck, a 2022 Ford Maverick XL Hybrid in velocity blue. Chad Swartzmiller was my salesman and guided me through the ordering process to the bewildering array of technological improvements to trucks since I bought the 1998 Ranger (which was a lot!). He gust set on the paperwork. Until January 10 of 2024 then he sent it to the warranty company. The warranty company issued them a check for my refund on January 16. I called him today about it. He made a sarcastic comment. Don’t call me no more and hasn’t refunded my money yet of an a little over 2400 and 1 I still haven’t received it yet. Has it been sent to me or the bank and they were supposed to send it directly to my bank account like I said do not trust these people they like you left and right
