I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life for both personal and business and Carl is one of the best salesmen I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was very responsive to all questions I had regarding the purchase. He never missed a call or text. This vehicle needed to be transported to Wisconsin. The transportation company (not affiliated with Smedley's) did not show up as expected and Carl did not hesitate to keep me in the loop. The moment the vehicle left the dealership, Carl called to let me know so that I could be on the lookout for its arrival. It was a wonderful experience working with Carl and Smedley's.

I had an appointment with Doug at White Allen CHEVROLET as Capitol One referred me for a used car newer than the one I had. I found a Rav 4 Toyota as that was what I believed was the best vehicle. When I got to my appointment with Doug I found that I could not afford a newer Rav 4 but Doug found another car that I could afford and after a while of looking on the computer and working very hard, he found another car that I finally agreed on. If you want someone who will go the extra mile for you I recommend Doug and everyone including the manager were very nice. Especially on New Years Eve.

She was so helpful, knowledgeable of the vehicle inside and out and kept the process smooth and kept my priorities as number 1. We fell in love with Chevrolet of Troy and had an amazing experience on our new Tahoe, after 4 other local dealerships told us they would NOT come off MSRP, they gave us over $7000 OFF !! I am a stay at home mom and our daughter has special needs and scares easily in unfamiliar places. I mentioned this ahead of time so that we did not surprise them if she had a breakdown, and without asking, they said that was no concern and she was very welcomed there and they would do anything we asked to accommodate her, or if it helped, they could DELIVER the car to our driveway FREE of charge!! This took so much stress off of me, and our daughter, I have never had any business be so understanding and offer to accommodate us, and also invite us in knowing it could be disruptive to their business, most places just give us "the look" and let us know a crying 3 year old is not wanted, Chevrolet of Troy showed great compassion and understanding, I will never forget their kindness.
