Brought my Kia, which I purchased at Belzer's, and they have the issue figured out and fixed within 4 hours. The check engine light and automatic acceleration disappeared with the new code and sensor.

Kyle is a great salesman, he road with me during my test drive and showed me all of the new features going from a 2018 to a 2025 vehicle. It was a bit of a bummer that the vehicle I had called in initially and discussed over the phone was in the process of a sale which I ended up in a vehicle costing a bit more. The process at the dealership was smooth. I would buy another vehicle at Jeff Belzers if the quality of the process remains the same.

He was very patient with me and helped me get the vehicle and color I wanted - a Red Metallic Chevrolet Blazer Premium!!!! I NEVER felt pressured. If you are looking for a new or used car - call him - it is definitely worth the drive. I also had an amazing Finance Manager - Mark Ruby.- who was very patient with me - and took everything in stride - even though he had to do the paperwork 3 times. I will definitely go to Mauer if I ever want to trade my SUV!!!

We have been shopping for a long time for the right truck. We were so excited when we thought we found it. We drove it and everything was great. However it is used and we wanted to take it to our mechanic before we "bought" it. <br>They gave us such a run around and were so rude. They told me at firxt that it was no problem, then after he talked to his "manager" I needed to fill out a credit app (even though I had told him I wasnt interested in that since I was already approved through my credit union and was happy). He never knew what he needed but insisted this was their POLICY. I would have had no problem signing a loaner agreement and even leaving them with a check but they could never decide what the POLICY was. <br>I felt like we were treated as 2nd rate even though we were going to buy a 27000 vehicle! He just kept saying "well look where we are located" (implying it was a bad neighborhood).<br><br>Lets just say it ended with him telling me I "Wasted his time". This place is SHADY... BEWARE!!
