We were visiting from 7 hours away and two days before departure we discovered a mouse crawled into our hood and was nesting within our engine, using all of the yummy cords and wires to build his nest. It managed to chew a very important wire and cause our car to go into safety mode. We couldn’t drive more than 20mph and we sure couldn’t do that on a 500 mile road trip. We called MULTIPLE dealerships in the area asking to be seen asap. Huntley Ford had the earliest which was next week (4 days after we leave) it was the only option. We dropped the car off Thursday to be able to hitch a ride home with some friends, but Friday morning they called and said the car would be ready by 2pm.

I made my appointment using the app and it was easy. I was on time, the car was taken straight away. The price was questionable. Most modern cars take 6 quarts of oil, but the standard change oil quantity is five quarts, upping the price. I feel the standard quantity should be based on the vehicle’s requirements and priced accordingly.

When I got home I checked the oil. It was way overfilled. I took it back ro the dealer and they said they put 4.2 quarts in and everything should be alright. When I just now checked it it was stille overfilled. Will pump it out myself.

Milking labor costs- Insurance Claim - Repulsed
Had new vehicle towed in for service and was quoted repairs would take 5 hours labor...total costs around $1500. Towed to another Ford dealer and it cost me $250.00. Taking advantage of insurance claim payment is unethical. You will NOT even get my business if I need touch up paint.
