We are very happy with our vehicle and the final purchase price, and all in person interactions were good. During the negotiations and financing there were repeated efforts by the dealership to slip in extra costs. After requesting and being given an out the door price, i was presented with a bill of sale that included an additional $3,000 charge for locking lug nuts, protective spray and door guards. I was repeatedly urged to look at 6-7 year loans while specifics as to why a term that long were glossed over. I agreed to a $10 a month service contract with the finance manager. A few weeks after the purchase my lender informed me that $6,000 in service contracts were added to the loan. Be very cautious and thorough when dealing with this dealership. Negotiate your trade in value, do not accept their first offer. Ultimately we agreed to halve the $3,000 charge for additional features and the service contracts were forgiven. They have an employee whose job is to undo service contracts that assists after purchase. Be prepared for shenanigans.
