We are very happy with our recent purchase of a used Outback Limited. Howard Marfell was our salesperson for over two decades. After he moved and left Uftring Subaru we were concerned about having to deal with a new person. Through a referral from a coworker, we went with Travis Doubet. Travis met and exceeded our expectations. It was only 1.5 hrs from test drive to leaving with our next Subaru. He is now our new "Not Howard" :)

He was not high pressure, but was very responsive and made me feel valued as a customer. I almost bought a Lincoln from another dealer in Normal, but was treated so poorly that I cancelled the transaction. I am so glad I did! Outstanding customer service from their Service Dept! They helped ensure that Ford Motor Co honored their drivetrain warranty to replace the transmission on my 2019 Fusion. Furthermore, Ford Motor Co had originally denied my claim for tow truck and rental car expenses because I did not book the reservations through Ford, but Michelle stayed on Ford and got them to reimburse me for both expenses!

I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and experienced transmission-related symptoms the same day I took delivery. I promptly notified the dealership and sought diagnostics. Instead of repairing the vehicle, I was offered an unwind of the deal only if I agreed to a $1.50 per mile charge deducted from my down payment. I was not provided the dealership's written policy authorizing this charge and did not agree to it. I returned the vehicle, but after declining to sign the proposed unwind agreement, the dealership stated it would not proceed with rescission and asserted the original contract remained enforceable, while also referencing possible additional fees. I am now pursuing resolution through appropriate regulatory and lender channels. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend getting all return, unwind, and fee terms fully disclosed in writing before signing anything.
