We are in NM and having dealt with the dealership in the past and Dan Penner I wanted to buy from people I trust. The whole process was seamless and easy from great pictures online to see the vehicle, to Dan being upfront about cost and terms, to Derek in finance, who was never pushy but friendly and informative. The vehicle was delivered much sooner than we anticipated in perfect condition right to our home. Long McArthur will be our dealer for purchases for as long they are around!

I drive 30 miles one way to have all service and repair work done on my F150 even though I didn't purchase it there. I know they are busy but they always treat me fair, give me an update during the service and I use the Ford Pass app on my phone to earn points, check for recalls, view service recommendations and updates. Any Ford dealer can service your vehicle but Victory Ford does it right the first time and the service department is great to work with.

I thought for sure I would have to call for help but My friend Cindy suggested I ask Beloit Auto &Truck Plaza. Cindy talked to Nina Williams, who was a delight and as helpful as anyone can be. I was so grateful for Nina’s helpful and perfect customer service support that even when I tried to tip her she wasn’t having it and declined telling me this is her job and happy to help.
