I found a vehicle on a Saturday and drove 3 hours from Oklahoma to make a deal. From the first text message they responded quickly and made it worth my time to make the drive. The salesman that helped me was Mike Mull. I can honestly say it was the best auto buying experience I have ever had! Mike was attentive, kind and respectful and to be honest a good Christian man! 2 of my kids made the trip and when we got home late that night my son said he really liked our new friend! We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed. They gave us a brand new 2025 Palisade as a loner and ended up having my car for 3 months. They called in engineers from Hyundai to see if they were able to locate the issue. I was not thrilled that it took so long, but Joleane in the service department was so nice, and was constantly sending me updates so that I knew they were continuing to work on it. When I finally got it back, I was even refunded two months worth of payments that I had made to make up for not having my car. This was initiated by the service manager, Troy. Totally unexpected (especially since I was driving a brand new car for a loaner) but completely appreciated. I will most definitely buy another vehicle from them, for the service department alone. I absolutely love my Palisade!

I cannot express how thankful I am for this dealership, and especially Steve, the general manager, and Jason, in the service department. I live in the Kansas City area and our daughter is attending her junior year at K-State, which is also he first year away from home. She had just purchased a used Kia in KC, to get to and from school and work in Manhattan, and the day she arrived at school, her car broke down. Distribution of parts has been an issue, and finding the problem was no easy task, so Steve went above and beyond to make certain my daughter was able to make to school everyday and to work, and also to make it home for the holidays. The car had several issues, and Jason and his crew resolved every one of them. They are an exemplary team at Kia of Manhattan, and we cannot thank them enough for going the extra mile and assuring us that we need to worry about our daughter being away from home. Thank you again!

They are very easy to work with and unlike most dealers they put the prices of the vehicles in the windows. So no pricing games. They have great deals on their vehicles and they are nice too. Will definitely buy from here again when ready to. They also have their own service shop for you to take your car to get worked on. The guys there Chuck and Roy are very knowledgeable and don't try to up-sell you on fixing things you don't need at this time.
