Just bought my first BMW and the staff did not disappoint! I had a great experience at BMW of Little Rock. I really can’t say enough great things. My sales person (Saif) was very knowledgeable, nice and professional. Saif patiently answered all my questions, both via phone before I went in to the dealership and after I arrived. It was a quick, smooth, low stress experience. My finance manager (Joseph) also made things as easy as possible on that side of the deal. Joseph also knows his stuff. Beware of Deceptive Practices and Unethical Behavior at Gregg Orr Dealerships My recent encounter with Gregg Orr dealerships was nothing short of disheartening, and I feel it's my duty to caution potential customers about the deceptive practices and lack of integrity I experienced during my recent vehicle purchase. Opting for an online transaction, I purchased a luxury two-year-old vehicle with 12,000 miles, placing my trust in the representations made by Gregg Orr dealerships regarding the vehicle's condition. However, upon receiving the vehicle, it became painfully clear that crucial information had been conveniently omitted from their disclosure. The telltale signs of a significant front-end accident were glaringly obvious – the disparity in gap size between the right front fender and bumper, along with inconsistencies in the clear bra installation. The absence of protection on one side and the presence of overspray on the right bumper pointed unmistakably to a collision that had not been disclosed. Moreover, I had prepaid the dealership for paint scratch repairs to ensure a pristine finish for the Diamond Ceramic coat application. Yet, during the vehicle's first wash, I uncovered three glaring scratches on the roof, revealing a lapse in the supposed repair process. Adding insult to injury, Gregg Orr dealerships provided me with only one key, claiming they couldn't find the other one. When I sought to have a replacement key made at a Lexus dealership, I was informed that the car had undergone considerable hail damage repair. This was evident from the damage done to the corner of the headliner and the holes drilled under the hood, where paint-free dent repair tools had been inserted to push out dents on the roof and hood. In reaching out to the dealership in hopes of a resolution, their response fell far short of satisfactory. Instead of owning up to their oversight and taking accountability for the misrepresented condition of the vehicle, they merely suggested that I return the car to them to “TRY” to repair the damage, despite the impracticality of a journey spanning over 1,000 miles. Their tepid willingness to "TRY" to rectify the damage not only proved unacceptable but also underscored a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. Disappointed, I tried contacting the dealership manager, but he didn’t even have the decency to call me back. This harrowing experience has left me thoroughly disillusioned with Gregg Orr dealerships. I wholeheartedly caution prospective buyers, especially those contemplating online purchases, to exercise utmost caution. The utter lack of transparency, honesty, and integrity exhibited by this dealership network is nothing short of appalling. I feel compelled to share my ordeal to shield others from falling prey to similar deceptive practices. In conclusion, my trust in Gregg Orr dealerships has been irreparably damaged, and I implore prospective buyers to approach any dealings with this dealership network with the utmost caution. It's disheartening to see a company prioritize deceit over customer satisfaction, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others seeking a trustworthy and transparent car-buying experience.

Buyer beware. I am an out of state buyer, flew down to Arkansas, purchased and drove home. I have had the vehicle for exactly two months and was just told today that it needs a new transmission. I have contacted the dealership just to be written off and told to "find a mechanic" (Bobby). There is no one that can tell me they were not aware of the issues of this vehicle. Speakers blown out, weird electrical glitches, bad tires, ripped interior, cold air seeping through the dashboard, little cracks in the windshield and got to drive hundreds of miles home in someone else's filth. The vehicle was never detailed before I picked it up. I also had to call to get the title sent after a month and the sticker they gave me was expired. They blamed it on a "backlog" of titles being sent to them. The title was there the whole time because it had several signatures on it when I recieved it. ALSO they told me it was a one owner vehicle. I am the fourth owner I do believe. I have filed a complaint and also contacted the Attorney General's Office. Spent the little I had for a down payment and now stuck with a truck that isn't driving. I'm a mom of three and I face very tough winters, which is why I upgraded in the first place. My goal was to have a vehicle that kept my family safe. From an ethical standpoint, this dealership has no business selling to very serious buyers, that travel to get what they need. From a personal standpoint, if this happens to more people than just myself, they should be shut down. From a more personal standpoint, I will sue if I am given the go ahead. No one has money to just throw away: we all work hard for it. Satterfield Motors should be ashamed of what they did to me.

We bought a used 2021 Tahoe from the Chevrolet dealer. Decent vehicle for the price (couple of small scratches and it needed tires at 40K miles, making me think they swapped tires with another vehicle because none of the tires matched). The listing was incorrect on the mileage because the sales manager took it on a 2K mile demo. They didn’t adjust the price for that. Not a big deal though. Turns out it has a chronic problem with the door locks and’s other BCM aspects of the system, and neither driver door would lock. Not a big deal, right? You would think the sales manager that had it on demo would’ve made sure they fixed it as that is a NHTSA recognized safety device, meaning it technically should’ve been sold as wholesale. Whatever, we move on from that because it’s not worth the hassle and we just want it fixed. We bought the extended warranty with it. I’m back at the dealer the next day. We get it fixed after a couple of visits. I admittedly did not research the car fax, like an idiot, and it turns out that the door lock actuators and body control module were swapped multiple times. We made sure they were aware of that and pleaded to do more than just change the actuators. They insisted that they “have to do that step first”. Whatever. We pay the $100 fee and all is well. We’re still happy with the truck. The next trip down is for its first oil change in our ownership of the truck. It only came with one key. Part of the extended service contract we bought was key replacement. We asked about this during the “deal negotiation” and the finance manager said that we can come back after 30 days (once the contract is in effect) and order another key under that contract. Well, you guessed it, that was a bold lie. We are stuck paying full price for a spare key that we were told would be covered but it wasn’t, now with that being said we called up there talked to someone was told yes it’s covered and they would have the key ready when we bring it in for a oil change…. It wasn’t ready and they couldn’t give us an explanation on why it wasn’t covered. Just don’t believe anything they tell you while buying a car they don’t keep there word on anything. I’m aware that we should’ve been more vigilant and researched all of this prior to buying it. After looking for a decently priced Tahoe for over a year, something should’ve gave warning signals that we were about to get duped. We signed a paper that said “no promises made, no promises kept unless it’s on paper”, so trying to get them to at least cover the door locks and keys was futile. We’re still keeping the truck, we absolutely love it. But for the love of God please go somewhere else if you’re seriously looking to buy. This is yet another example of a dealer cutting corners to save money. We will never do business with any Southwest Auto Collection dealer again. That’s sad too because, aside from this, they have been excellent.

I just purchased a 2012 Fiat from this dealership and couldn't possible by happier with the service I received. I had the privilege of working with Andrew and he is just awesome. I found my car online and used "click to chat" to get in touch with the dealership. The chat agent Nicole put me in touch with Andrew from the sales team. From the very start Andrew was respectful of me and answered all of my questions honestly and openly, which is a complete 180 from the other dealerships I contacted. I made an appointment to drive to Benton to look at the car in person, and Andrew was kind enough to "pull" the car from inventory so that it wouldn't sell before I could get there. Despite the dealership being VERY busy on Saturday, I never once felt rushed, ignored, or mistreated in anyway. There were some periods of waiting as the paperwork was completed, but Andrew and others checked in on my regularly and apologized profusely for the wait. I cannot recommend them enough.

Bad taste about kinion - Pissed off buyer

I bought a car at auction was advertised as professionaly restored and it wasn't restored at all as described. They didn't do a good job on paint,bodywork,lot of stuff hidden. Car needs to be taken apart and redone.These guys are not pros in my opinion of any sort they are good at doing cover ups and taking your money. Buyer beware.
